So they only had 10 days worth of my 30 day prescription but I can't skip it so I take what they have and they charge the full prescription copay then when I try to get the rest once they have it in stock they tell me I can't pick it up early and even though it's a 30 day prescription since they only had 10 days worth in stock, I need to get it every 10 days from now on and pay my copay 3 times per month. Absolute crooks. Go to a different pharmacy!

There was a big mix up with my insurance where my name appeared under my father's birthday. It was a change that needed to happen in the Smith's system. I ended up going to another pharmacy (not Smith's) who helped me call Smith's and get my information changed in their system so my name appeared under my birthday. It was a super weird situation and Smith's wasn't particularly helpful or willing to figure it out which is why I had to seek out help from another pharmacy. However, since we got that issue fixed I haven't had any problems with the Smith's pharmacy. I just wish they would've been willing to help me solve the issue as the issue went on for several months before I finally sought out help elsewhere.

why are all the female Latina's that work the register at the pharmacy so rude? There is a bigger girl with glasses and black hair. She is the worse, I hate having to deal with her. You know a smile goes a long way.

Best pharmacy I've ever used. Attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. Most of the techs are great. The pharmacist always seems to have the time to answer questions. I also use the app and this makes things so much smoother.

P.S stop being little whiney babies. The pharmacy closes at 1:30 for lunch. If they shut the window on you, then it's your own fault for not being prepared

Called to check on a prescription. Called at 12:57 technician answered and hung up. Thought it was accident....Called back twice more, same hangup !! On 4th attempt it went to vm saying they were closed for lunch. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to hangup on the folks that provide for you being at your job !!!!! Happened on 3/1/25 @ 12:57pm to help management identify who this bad employee is......

Pulled up to window at 12:57 waiting one car ahead of me which immediately pulled out pulled up to window at 12:59 and they slammed down the silver door to go to lunch and yes I know you close for lunch

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Have never had so many issues with my prescriptions. Most of the people who answer the phone are rude, will keep you on hold forever, don’t know how to look things up properly in the system, and don’t know what they’re talking about. One person will tell you one thing and another person will tell you an entirely different thing. It’s almost been a year that I’ve been going here and every month there has been some kind of issue with them without fail. I keep coming back because they’re the closest pharmacy to me but with how much time I’ve wasted on the phone with them as well as driving back and fourth, I might as well drive somewhere further. They really need to do a review on how their staff members conduct business because that pharmacy is just a mess.

Shout out to Pharmacy Technician Catherine, who went out of her way to help me resolve a mix up with one of my scripts. She was friendly, conscientious and extremely customer-service oriented. I have used Smith’s Pharmacy at this and other locations for 20+ years, and recommend them, whether you have good insurance or need their help finding good discounts.
