I’m not even a client here but I regularly have to call this pharmacy for work and they are a joke. no one answers the phone, they pick up the phone and hang up on you without saying anything. Incredibly unprofessional and wastes peoples time.

Terrible customer service! Every worker is rude!
First experience: showed up to pick up a prescription for my sick child. I stood for 5 full minutes at the counter, 3 feet from the pharmacist and one of the techs while they chatted. When I asked if I could please get some help the tech put the closed sign in front of the register and walked away! The pharmacist said nothing and walked away! Waited another 5 minutes for someone else to walk up to help me, during which time I made eye contact with every worker, similar to another review in here. It’s bad culture from poor leadership!
Second experience: I stood back 12 feet from the register to give privacy to the customer in front of me. The pharmacy tech yelled at me and said she had to have me stand back behind the sign 25 feet away. It’s Literally so far away that you don’t see the sign if you enter the pharmacy from the east side. Then she tried not to run my insurance even though it was on file and would have been covered 100%. Don’t worry, there won’t be a third experience!

I have all my medications filled here. I ask the assistant a simple question regarding a medication as my insurance doesn’t cover it, however goodrx claims they will. She acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to check on this for me.. I apologize for inconveniencing you, I thought thats what a pharmacy assists with..

I just love working with this pharmacy. The team is always prompt, willing to help, and they work well with my doctors and insurance. I travel an extra distance to go to this one because I love their service best.

Totally shocked by the poor customer service. I came to Smiths to buy balloons for my son’s birthday only to be refused. “All our helium left is for Valentine’s Day.”
So disappointed with this store, and won’t be back.

Do not use if expect any kind of customer service. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have had multiple problems with this pharmacy. Last chance I gave them. They were out of a medication I needed the next day. They would not have it for 3 days. It was a untransfer rx, so my options were to call myself the other smiths in town to see if they had it, or call my dr. and ask him to issue a new rx to a different company. I ask if they could call the other smiths and check for me.
It is there partner store. Customer Service logic would dictate they would be happy to check for me.
We'll there is no customer service logic in todays corporate America. They want your money, but refuse to work for it. The clerk told me to get out of her line and it was my responsibility to call the other Smiths. I then said I guess I need to shop else where. She encouraged me to do so. So I contacted to store manager told her that here pharmacy agent told me to shop else where so here is my basket of $500
00 worth of groceries that I no longer want as here pharmacy agent told my to shop else where. Well that was the last time I will ever visit Smiths. I will not buy gas groceries or rx from any Smiths ever again.

Poorest customer service of any pharmacy in the county! I waited in line at the drive up while 5 cars ahead of me were serviced. When the staff finished with the car in front of me they immediately closed the drive through while I was pulling up to the window. Not believing what I just experienced I glanced at my clock and saw that it was 8:01 pm. This egregious and incomprehensible act not only lost me as a customer but the cars behind me too. Obviously Smith’s Pharmacy cares nothing for their customers. Avoid Smith’s at all costs!

I come to the store on 9/27 at 2:00pm. I stand in front of the fried chicken waiting, .....and waiting for help. I made eye contact with every employee behind the counter. .....Crickets! It was obvious to me that this was a well practiced routine. A lady pushing a cart past me said "good luck getting help....". I walked away......

Jacque is awesome! She took the time to figure out my co-pay for my medications and got it down from $400 dollars to $25 using a prescription card. My prescription card wasn’t working. I appreciate her :)
