i think this has been my last straw with this company. i only get two weeks of service, but i pay for 4 weeks. i was told if i insured my phone; id be able to get a replacement for $100. this was also not the case. i was told id be eligible for an upgrade after 6 months. this was again, not the case. i now have no service when i’ve paid for TWO MONTHS WORTH in one month. my bill goes up every cycle, my connection is horrible all over town, and anytime i try to call the store i have to talk to someone from 611 and i think we all know how that goes. truly beyond disappointed! i’d recommend going to verizon instead!!!

I came in very disgruntled ready to return everything. I wasn't told about my bill being that high or a rebate card. I met with Aiya, and she did wonders for me and I'm very pleased with what she has taught me. I am very as I leave the store.

Total poo! They made the mistake but it cost us 70.00 to re-stock. We called cooperate and they said go back to the store. Wasted an entire day!

Came in to set up a new line and phone. Employee was no help whats so ever and called me “little guy” as I asked for a manager. Only thing half way decent about this place would be the manager. He seemed to be knowledgeable and did nothing but help.the best he can to help. Place smelt terrible and took 45 minutes to even see someone. Definitely recommend elsewhere. Completely swapped carriers after this.

The music in the store is horrible. Mostly rap crap. Painful to listen too. Employees are helpful, but the music is so annoying.

Here to complain about the coverage not the store. You are better off using a flashlight and Morse code to communicate with someone. Service is so bad I might install a land line. Coverage is more spotty than a Dalmatian.

The staff at this location exceeded any expectation I had. Enrique and Tyler took their time trouble shooting and explaining solutions for our devices. They give exceptional customer service even if when there is no purchase taking place.
