Don’t use this location for your UPS drop-off. One register and employee for returns and several employees standing around that don’t jump in to work the long line. Horrible!

I went to Staples in St. George, UT to send a package via UPS to my daughter in Missouri. The Staples clerk entered the right address but the wrong city in Missouri. I was not shown the label so I obviously thought it was addressed correctly. Other shipping companies always show the customer the label to make sure that the address is correct. The package was delivered and the people visiting at that address were kind enough to contact my daughter who in turn contacted me. All I wanted from Staples was to re-route the package but neither the store nor the Staples phone number they gave me to address the issue took responsibility for the error. I call UPS directly and the agent graciously said he would have the package re-routed for me. Sorry Staples but you need to train your clerks better. And thank you UPS for being professional.Customer who will not return to Staples in St. George, UT again.

Staples offers Amazon returns however, the line is crazy and only one employee is helping the huge line of people while other employees are standing around. Maybe they only have one computer that can process it but if they are offering Amazon returns, they really need to step up their game.Even a few days ago, I came to return something and there was a sign that said to come back after 1pm because they didn't have return labels available.Come on Staples! If you're offering Amazon Returns, please step it up.

I needed buisness cards so I went in to staples, I put my order in with a girl and she said it would be two days. I go in two days later and the guy said it was never processed and he will process it and have it done by the next day. Well I went in today and the kind lady said it was not processed AGAIN so she did the right thing and processed it so now I have to wait another day when if it was done the first time I’d have them in my hands by now

I come to Staples every new school year to get my teacher supplies. With few exceptions, they have what I need when I need it at fair market prices and a rewards and incentives program that helps as well. The staff is always knowledgable and courteous. I've become a loyal customer.
