Our 2023 Escalade is sitting there since last Monday which is almost a week. They said they’re two weeks out to look at it. They have no loaners to offer as well. It’s luckily under warranty but we haven’t been reached out to by Mitch or any other staff. Very dissatisfied being a 100k+ car.

Good service, but unanticipated increase for cost of transmission fluid turned expensive. Shuttles quite busy during wait, delayed pickup.

Was bringing in Tahoe for first oil change and check up. They rotated tires as well as put on new wheel locks that were not installed when vehicle was purchased. SW called and let me know they had come in and to come get them installed. After picking up my Tahoe I was charged $65.00 for installation of the wheel locks that SW called and let me know they were not installed. If I knew I had to pay for locks included with the purchase of the Tahoe, I wouldn’t have had them installed. Edwin was very professional telling me the salesman verified it was to charge me.
(No use arguing with a young man that was very apologetic).

They were really good to me and got my truck in and out fast! Only complaint is how dang expensive they are getting. But there service is almost worth how expensive they are.
