Kind of a bummer that the sales person had to ride along for the test drive but service was good and the process was fairly quick considering we had a trade. The truck we purchased was exactly as described and what I wanted. The price was competitive and the trade offer was fair.

STEPHEN WADE DODGE SERVICE WRITER: ABOVE AND BEYOND
OK, so after attending to my wife all day (12/16/25) before, during and after a complex surgery, I got her settled in and headed from the hospital to my car for the drive home. Jumped in, pushed the start button and got NOTHING.
I quickly dialed up Stephen Wade Dodge’s service department for advice but the only person available to grab the phone had no mechanical experience, but was able to recommend their preferred wrecker service. That’s how I arrived at the dealership in a Zion Motor’s wrecker, with just moments to spare before closing. It was dark. It was cold. The lights inside were being turned off. And there stood Tony Espinosa, the last service writer left, getting ready to head home to his family.
Tony kindly delayed his drive home to help me get checked in and log the vehicle defects, and answer my questions about how to find a taxi or Uber or something to get to my home in the nearby city of Hurricane.
Then, Tony personally walked me out of the building around to the back lot to find my car, so I could get the last of my personal effects. As we walked he’s asking me things like, “How long have you lived around here?” “What part of the area do you live in?”
Bottom line, Tony ended up offering to drive several miles past where he lives, on the way to Hurricane, and drop me off in my driveway, in Hurricane. That incredible gesture of kindness eased all my anxiety about finding a way home after an arduous day. For an old geezer like me with a broken down car on a cold, dark night … that was HUGE.

I brought my vehicle to Stephen Wade Chrysler Jeep Dodge for a simple code scan and was very disappointed with the service experience. From the beginning, staff seemed uninterested in helping and even made comments like “I hate hybrids,” which came across as unprofessional. The service advisor brushed off questions, and we had to call after two weeks just to learn it was a bad hybrid battery. They later said they received approval to replace some parts, but another two weeks passed with no updates at all.
As of October 13, we were finally told the replacement battery wouldn’t ship until November 11 — nearly two months after dropping the car off. Communication and urgency were extremely lacking throughout the process.
After about a month, the vehicle was finally repaired, and Mopar stepped in to provide rental-car credit and free oil changes, which we appreciated. However, even during one of those free oil changes, the service department failed to top off the coolant — going into colder months — which is a basic part of proper servicing.
While the shop foreman was helpful, the overall experience was frustrating due to poor communication, lack of updates, and repeated oversights. This service department needs significant improvement in professionalism and customer care.

After way to many car purchases this place takes last place as the worst dealership to buy a vehicle..glad im older and hope this will be my last ever save your money and time but go somewhere else this place sucks..update went in and after 4 months they still haven't sent the paperwork in to title and register my vehicle mind you i paid cash for this said vehicle was told by someone who obviously doesn't understand that if your charged a fee for processing said papers its not up to me to send them in..I paid a damn fee for this..what a clown circus this dealership is..once again shop somewhere else save you the aggravation of dealing with this company..

We brought our van in after the check-engine light came on and scheduled an 8 a.m. appointment for Thursday. We even dropped it off an hour early. The entire day went by without a single update. When we called the next day, we were told the diagnostic hadn’t even been started because “no mechanic was available.”
Communication from Crystal, our service advisor, was extremely poor. We were never updated proactively, and every attempt to reach her ended in voicemail with no call back. The only time we consistently heard from the dealership was when they were trying to get us to trade in our van and buy one of theirs.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I definitely do not recommend this service department
