"Dallas" at Stephen Wade Dodge made another unsolicited call to me, despite my phone being on the Do Not Call registry. Furthermore "Dallas" called me rude for my saying that she should not be calling me. Breaking the law by ignoring the Do Not Call registry is beyond rude.To your reply:Not true. Never happened. Not me. I am a customer of Wade Honda only. NEVER contacted any Wade on Facebook. Delete my info from anywhere except Wade Honda.

I was in need of a Ram OEM tow prep kit during the UAW strike, but I couldn’t find it anywhere in California. Because I was on a deadline, I began to start contacting other dealerships throughout the US. Finally got in touch with Mario V. at the parts center, and he did a great job getting it sent my way. Much appreciated!

Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee for my parents. Sales was a joy to work with, delivery was easy. Couldn’t say enough good about these people that work here. Returned for routine service and the service is always polite, quick and professional.

Called yesterday to make an appt for an oil change. Was told they have an express lane. Just come in. Waited today over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I’m not even home and the idiot light is on. All 4 tires are underinvested. If they can’t inflate a tire to the proper amount, what CAN they do correctly????

We were on a roadtrip thru the states and as Dutch dodge owners we wanten to see the new dodge models in the states. We were met by the most friendliest staff and they took there time showing us the cars and time for a little chat. Even tho they knew we didnt came to buy a car. Thanks for the wonderfull experience and your time.

I’ve been going to Stephan wade for years now after purchasing my vehicle from them which was always a great experience. I went in today to get an oil change and had perfect service from Bob and always have! He’s always been kind and taken the time to explain things to me. The only downfall I had with this specific visit was having to wait TWENTY minutes for Trevor (service manager) to approve a coupon I brought in.

Thieven Wade strikes again. I had this beautiful bumper, but then I took the vehicle in for a recall and what I got back was shocking: A torn off, mangled bumper put together by a child of a so-called “professional.” It’s deeply unsettling. What’s even worse is upper management won’t do a thing about it either. So instead of David Carter and his Service Manager simply remedying the damage and make everyone happy and walk away, I will forever discourage anyone thinking about going to Thieven Wade Dodge and dealing with those two “professionals.” These people are not professionals, they are not your friends, they are not the “customer service you can trust,” they are modern day Gadianton Robbers.

WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!! We went in after seeing a Lease for a Jeep online. It was a reasonable price and with perfect credit, and lease history, I thought everything should be extremely simple. Boy was I wrong! 3 hours later, and after given the payment price we needed (and in fact I gave them a lease option higher than we saw online) they came back with a price MORE THAN 3 TIMES HIGHER THAN ADVERTISED PLUS WANT $15k DOWN! ON A LEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was insane! Then after them acting like I was a moron, and didn’t know anything, tried getting me BUY a used Subaru that had 60k miles on it in only 2 years, and cost almost as much as a new car. Not to mention the fact it was LITERALLY POLAR OPPOSITE of everything we were looking for. We wanted leather seats and a light exterior. Needless to say, after feeling like we got bent over and violated, we left. After regrouping from the HORRIBLE experience we went to Findlay, and got into a BRAND NEW Subaru lease with nothing down and AFFORDABLE payments. Everyone was upfront, there was no back and forth, and all of the payment inclusions were printed so we weren’t given any surprises. Not to mention, they were gave us 3 options immediately to chose from. We didn’t even care to test drive, because it was so easy. 2 weeks later, I’m loving my car, and I can honestly say, we found our new dealership. Trust me… don’t give Stephen Wade the satisfaction of your time and money. And Stephen Wade? Insulting your potential clients with obvious lies and telling them that leasing a vehicle is a terrible idea? Not a good look.

BEWARE! If you're choosing to have your vehicle serviced here make sure you have removed all of your personal belongings. I own a vintage furniture store and my truck broke down near the dealership. I was in the area to pick up a coffee table which was in the back truck bed moved all the way in the bed as close as possible to the bed with a locked hard truck bed cover over the bed. It took some time to get the truck back as I live 300 miles away. When the truck arrived back at my local dealership, I went with one of the service members to get the truck and opened the tailgate and to my surprise the coffee table was gone, but my tow strap was still there. Weird. Someone had to army crawl to pull out the table due to the locked hardcover. Of coarse, now we're in a situation no one wants to take responsibility. My sole purpose for traveling into the area was for that coffee table, sadly when my truck broke down my rental vehicle couldn't fit the coffee table to take it back home. I didn't know the type of dealership I was dealing with or I wouldn't have trusted them. I called the dealership 2 weeks ago and they said they would look at camera's etc...no one bothered to call me back.

I think the parts people are the best in the business, they have helped me multiple times for two older dodge trucks needing parts that are discontinued including a ECM and where to get it. Really intelligent good men working here. I've never bought a vehicle here but I would pay attention to the reviews re sales. Don't skip that to be safe.

I was on a road trip from California to Zion national park. My check check engine light came in while in Zion. Wade Ram was the closet dealer to me. I showed up and was greeted by Terry the service coordinator with a warm smile. She lead me to Jason Pipenhagen. Jason was great and helped figure out and clear the codes. I appreciate all the hospitality in helping me get back in the road.

I took my Ram 2500 for a recall and asked about a problem with the air suspension. I told the service manager I didn't want it checked if it wasn't covered under the warranty. When I pick up the truck, they said the entire air system would need to be replaced. The estimate was $5100 plus labor. They also charged me $200 for 1 hour labor and "shop supplies" because it was out of warranty. The truck only has 16k miles. I decided to submit a claim to my insurance company. My insurance company works with Dealer Collision Center, also part of Stephen Wade. Anyway, Dealer Collision sent the truck back to the Jeep dealership. The same place that quoted me $5100, repaired the suspension for $1600. They charged $1200 for a new airbag and labor. The air bag is only $800 when I checked on line, but that is between my insurance company and Dealer Collision.Do not trust these guys. The talk around town is the technicians are required to up sell every service.

My Ram 2500 broke down on Father’s Day near St. George, which is two states away from where I live. It’s now July 5 and the repairs still have not been made. Not even sure if they’ve been started. Zero communication unless I contact them with an inquiry, and I still am not 100 percent sure about what is wrong with the truck. No idea when I will get it back. I have no way to work, and I continue to wait after nearly three weeks, as my truck sits in a lot 150 miles away. This is unconscionable. I simply can’t believe this dealership ever has a return customer, but for some unfathomable reason they have a 4.1 google rating. In retrospect, I should have paid extra tow charges to have my vehicle hauled to another shop. I truly hope the locals have another option because I’d hate to think that they have to wait three weeks-plus every time they have a problem with their vehicle.
