We had a great experience buying our car from Lorraine. She wasn't pushy and found what we were looking for. Lorraine answered all of our questions. We drove several cars and decided on the Cx50 non turbo.
Tonia was great to work with doing our financing. She too didn't try to push extra warranties and products on us. She politely showed us some things the dealership offered but when we didn't want anything but the oil changes she just said that's ok fine and moved on.
This was a night and day different experience we had over at the Toyota lot last year with Dallas. He added a ton of extras without explaining any of it. It almost cost my son thousands more, until I went over there and had him make it right.

We had a fantastic experience at Stephen Wade Honda/Mazda last week. The entire team was fantastic - from the front desk gal making popcorn and entertaining our son during paperwork, to the GM Chris B. It was our first time considering a lease option. Chris was genuine, honest and taught us everything we need to know about leasing. And then Tanya worked tirelessly to make sure we got the best lease options possible - she was also amazingly kind and sweet to our special-needs son. ❤️ No joke, from here on out we will be traveling from Salt Lake City to St. George for any future car purchases or leases. Drove 3 hours to buy a 2022 CPO Mazda3. Buying experience was good and easy, but the next day after driving home I noticed a couple issues I'd missed: a leaking windshield washer fluid hose and a missing wheel well fender. Since I couldn't take it in to Stephen Wade, I brought it to a Mazda dealership in my hometown and paid out of pocket for the changes, as they weren't covered by the CPO warranty.
These issues should've been addressed before the sale, but weren't. However, when I contacted the salesman (Zak), he took accountability and got me a full reimbursement for the parts. The original mixup shouldn't have happened, but Stephen Wade Mazda handled it professionally and made sure everything was right in the end.

Sal and David were both very friendly and very knowledgeable about the car we purchased, a 2025 Honda Pilot. After the deal was done, Sal spent 30 minutes with us going over every detail, making sure we understood all the bells and whistles! And THEN invited us back to go over it all again. We appreciate that they were warm and personal, easy to communicate with. We are very happy with our new car and would do business with them again in a heartbeat. I’m genuinely shocked this business has a 4.8-star rating, because their customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The entire process felt like a textbook example of a shady, profit-driven dealership doing everything possible to upsell unnecessary add-ons.
If you’re a young woman buying a car here, beware—they will take advantage of you. The salesmen smile to your face, but behind the scenes it’s all shady handoffs, whispered conversations, and mockery. At one point, they even walked out of the room with my phone in hand so I couldn’t hear the conversation they were having with someone who was helping me make the purchase.
The whole experience left me feeling disrespected, manipulated, and taken advantage of. If you’re a woman without deep car knowledge, do not trust this dealership to have your best interest at heart.

Ivon was very helpful and friendly, not pushy at all! They made the process as quick as possible. You can tell they take great pride in their vehicles and care for their customers. Before I left with my purchased vehicle, they washed it, did a quick detail, and filled it with gas; they even sent me with a gift bag of cleaning supplies 🙂

Just purchased a used 2023 Mazda CX5 from Salesman Jared White. Jared was very easy to work with and knew his product well. This is my second vehicle from Stephen Wade since living in Utah.
Having sold and did finance for a dealer back east I know process and the Mazda Team did a outstanding job!
