This is my 4th vehicle I purchased through Stephen Wade within a year, I really wanted to get back into a 5th gen 4Runner and they made it happen by giving excellent value for my trade and the price of the new vehicle, they were able to make the deal over the phone and had everything ready for me when I went to take delivery, I truly appreciate them helping me save time. Do not use this place unless you want to spend $50,000 on a vehicle that is not safe. Glass blowing in your face when you turn the defrost on is not safe. All we are told after 3 business days after the purchase is the vehicle was sold as is. 50k for a car should be safe to drive
*update* after two visits to the dealership and being told there is nothing they can do I left this review now they want me to call or text. It has been less than a week since I purchased if you want to make it right you have my number.
Also after touching the front emblem today it falls off. It was attached with silicone. Really can’t make this stuff up.

Richard was very helpful. Was Honest and got the problem fixed. There service team is great, but I’m not a fan of buying a car, they would not let me pay cash no matter what I tried and there car said certified and later right at the end they said it “wasn’t”. Ended up charging me an extra thousand dollars for just a key which is pretty sure was dishonest from the get go.
I’ll never buy a car here again, I’ll go up north every time from that experience.

Absolutely horrible service center! They completely take advantage of older people, upselling hundreds of dollars of unnecessary service to unknowing elderly people and even go so far as to doing devious things like lowering tire pressures and then claiming alignments are needed. Do NOT trust this service center!!!!

Bought a car from them and it broke down less than 2 weeks after due to major mechanical issues. And they won’t help with a thing. Do not recommend.
Update: the entire transmission has to be replaced. Extremely frustrating.

Salesman Jeff was great to work with. He was very sincere about making sure everything about the sale and the car were top notch. If you are skeptical of big dealerships Stephen Wade might pleasantly surprise you. I would do business with them again.
