When the wand broke on my 22-year-old vacuum, they had exactly the part I needed. Then, based on an off-hand comment, they diagnosed another problem I had - the belt on the power head that should be replaced once a year, hadn't been replaced since we had the vacuum installed. It made an amazing difference! They're excellent people to work with. The fact that this is only the second time I've contacted them in 22 years, says a lot for the quality of the product.

Called to learn more about central vac. Invited to office. Where the system was demonstrated. We ordered the system. Blaine was there a day later. Install was clean and efficient. Very happy

Our central vac wand broke. The local vacuum shop here in Cedar City told us that there was no replacement for it. We contacted Stilson's and they sent up a replacement within hours with their crew that was working in a neighboring subdivision on new construction. I went over and picked it up. FANTASTIC customer service!!!!! They are the best.

Bought 3 Beam vacuum units from them. I needed some information on ordering more hose attachments. Tried calling them several times all I got was a recorded message that said they would call me back, but they don't. Guess I'm moving on to another dealer.
