The owner is super helpful, and offers advice when asked, and also can tell when you want to ask, but are too timid (in my wife's case)Always has what you want, or explains why what you want is a bad combo with what you currently have

So happy we found this place. We've bought almost every one of our fish from them, they're all healthy & thriving. We've also gotten treats, feeders & toys for our scaled buddies & pooches! The staff is friendly & knowledgeable, bonus! We have gotten some really cool fresh water gush here, but by far, our favorite is our "furry faced," orange Plecostomus we affectionately refer to as The Luck Dragon.

Sue's has been our go-to place for all of our pet supplies for over a year. The staff are always very friendly and willing to answer my questions. The selection is good for nearly all kinds of pets including exotic's like birds and snakes ?. If I could offer one bit of improvement it would be the pricing on some of the items as they seems to be high compared to the competition in a few areas. I will continue to shop here despite this because of the atmosphere and quality I have received.

I have come here to buy my Ball Python, 2 Guinea Pigs, and all their food and supplies for both. They have a great selection, and my kids love going there to look at all the cool animals. The location is convenient, store is clean, employees are good, really no issues so far that I can speak to and I've been coming here for over a year.

My husband and I went to this pet store today. It was a cute little store but had HORRIBLE employees. We were trying to decide whether we wanted a crab or lobster. The employee was very rude when we asked any care instructions he snapped at us. When we decided on the lobster he was so RUDE we almost didn’t go through with the purchase. My advice for this pet store is keep up the good work with the uniqueness but hired BETTER employees.

Cute little pet shop! We didn't really buy anything other than bird seed, but I loved seeing all of the fish, birds, reptiles, and other animals they had in store. The staff were kind and helped us with all our needs. Totally recommend going here.

I go in often to get shrimp for my axolot that I also purchase from there. I'm always greeted and offered help. The small turtles do stress me out. I love the sign they put for people like me lol. My daughter loves looking at all the animals. If I have questions they are always answered.

What a cool pet store!! They have a much bigger selection than the big name brand pet stores, cheaper prices and they were so helpful. It was a wonderful experience getting to interact with their critters while picking out our new family members. Their customer service was excellent and you can tell they really love what they do and take wonderful care of all of their critters. I highly recommend you go see them before you go to one of the other pet places.
