Great service professional and always turns out great. Easy to work with. This is my 2nd car getting auto body repair done. I will always use Superior.

I have had my truck here numerous times. The service is just fine. Yes the amount is higher than others at rare times because they actually fix your vehicle to original factory specs. They don't have contracts with insurance companies to cut corners to benefit the insurance companies so yes it may take a bit longer than other shops but they will work with you in any way you wish to approach your issues.

I hope you don't need your car repaired in a hurry. I brought my car in for repair on January 29 th for repairs and was told it would take a little while but should be done by February 28 th. It is now April 4 and I still haven't gotten my car back. He keeps giving me another bs reason about why it hasn't been completed. Even after explaining I need my car for work and I am losing money each day he still has done nothing to expedite the matter. He did return $300 to me, however considering the job was quoted at over $12,000 $300 is nothing in comparison. Now he doesn't even return my calls. Good luck if you choose him

I took my car to Superior Auto Body when I had gotten in a wreck. The car was only a few weeks old when I got in the wreck. My insurance company wanted me to go elsewhere but I insisted on Superior. They did a wonderful job on the body work, the paint, and with the customer service. I knew what was going on with my car at any time I called down there. When it was all complete my car looked amd felt brand new! They had even washed my car for me. They are AMAZING!

I would not ever recommend this place, rude, mean, and ignorant to customers, over charges is an understatement!! Wow I can't believe you run a business!!

Our HOA uses Superior for towing. We love them, they always respond quickly to our tow requests. They do patrols for us for people illegally parked in our properties. They help us keep our properties free of illegal parking and not registered vehicle.

We just got a quote from jerry this guy has know idea what he is doing and will try to over charge you and take more time then is need to fix the problem never go here you will get worked and pay way to much

During a trip to Zion, we had a fender bender in the literal sense. We were steered in the direction of Jerry and his crew at Superior and after a quick phone call, we showed up with our problem. Not only was it taken care of quickly and professionally, but we got to meet Hercules, a giant lover of a dog. Everyone was friendly and helpful and they got us out of a jam, to say the least. Check them out!

I got my rig stuck WAY out in the boonies SE of Saint George. Absolutely none of the regular tow companies would even talk to me, because I was miles and miles away from a paved road. My campervan was literally hanging off a cliff on a hairpin turn. These guys have a recovery jeep and cut short their weekend to rescue me ... on a Sunday. It took several attempts to winch me out of that mess, but they finally got me out of there. What a relief. It ain't cheap to get stuck in remote areas, and I paid them well, but they were upfront with their prices and didn't try and hassle me for more. I was really grateful for their help.

I would not recommend this auto body shop at all. They towed the vehicle and then proceeded to hold my car hostage while I worked with the insurance. All I wanted from them was a fair quote to repair the damages to get the car back on the road, not the body work. They would never give me a quote. I asked numerous times over the course of a week. They wouldn't even look at the car until the insurance requested an estimate, then Superior wouldn't release my car until the insurance paid them for the estimate. The estimate was completely inflated for auto body work and come to find out didn't even include the necessary mechanials repairs to actually get the car road worthy. They gave an estimate without even putting the car on the lift to see damage under the car. I know this because when they finally released my car out of their holding, I took it to a repair shop only and NONE of the needed repairs for road worthiness were on their estimate. This would have increased the bill substantially. This is madness. Owner is a fast talker, tries to placate you with all the trials of how expensive it is to run his business and how I should feel sorry for him when obviously, that is not in the least my concern and confuses the real issue of getting a fair and precise quote so one can move forward and get back on the road and into life. Because of their games, misleading information, and hincky behavior it took two weeks to even get to a decision of how and what to do for repairs on the car. Then when Superior realized they weren't going to get an open ended way to bill my insurance any charge they wanted, they tried to pond it off on other auto body shops under the guise of helping me. I had it towed to auto repair shop where I got a real quote the very next day with no variables. Superior made an already painful and life altering situation worse. Don't deal with them unless you have an endless supply of money to dump at their feet.

I'm so grateful for the gentleman at Superior Auto Body Parts in St. George. After stopping at 6 different auto shops on a Saturday around noon. I pulled up to Superior as my last try to get my front fender secure for the road trip home to SLC. Even though his shop was closed for Saturday he took time, tools, sweat and ingenuity to help me. Thank you so much for helping me!
