Tried to change my plan, switched to a lower one and it actually came out to more than my higher plan right now even when I called twice over the phone and the representative said it would be 20 bucks less next month! As a long term customer I'm just so disgusted on how they lied to me and purposely changed my options so I cant have a lower one and still have to pay for the data and services that I'm not evening using, even though I was on the military plan for years..Plain and simple, they saw I would be saving money on the other plan and deleted or modified it so I'd be paying the same.Will highly look around at other carrier's simply because of this.

I came to this location and asked for a Razr. They had the phone in stock and told me to come back in ten days when my bill cycled. I came back and the phone was sold to someone else. Unacceptable. Will not be returning to this location and will very likey be changing my carrier.

I went to get help because my phone had switched all my contacts to phone #s. I had no idea whose phone # they were. We waited for 10 min while the one and only worker was helping another customer.When we finally got help, the employee looked at my problem, clicked on a couple things and then I had no numbers and only 8 contacts that I had added out of necessity. The worker said I lost all my contacts because I didn't have them backed up. He didn't suggest another phone or any other option. This phone is an android and I've had it for 8 yrsIf I was his employer, he'd be gone.

Unwilling to help! I'm a current T-mobile customer. I've paid for screen protector service along with my phone insurance from this location. I'm out of State right now caring for my Sister. Customer service agent Joseph REFUSED to look up my account. He stated I must come into the store. He then put me on hold...Thanks Joseph.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Xander at this location. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions with no hesitation. Easiest time I've ever had at a T-Mobile store.

Xander is literally a god sent! Him and another helped me through the craziness that was this warranty replacement lols. They stayed after hours, on multiple phone calls to figure out how to fix my issue. I appreciate them soooooo much!! The other employee didn't have a name tag on and I forgot to ask his name, but seriously, you guys are epic and deserve nothing but respect in the company!!!!! They made sure I went on my way with a working home internet device! Not easy since I am a trucker and it would be difficult for me to come back to the store to pick up a new one. They made it happen!! Best experience ever! Maybe not for them lols but I appreciate them like crazy ♡ Thank you!

10/10 recommend Xander! We are from out of state and ended up needing to replace a phone immediately before our flight home. He was quick, efficient, and provided us with a good time in a stressful situation.

Do not get T-Mobile as your wireless provider if you life in Southern Utah. Their cellular and data coverage is a joke. 50% of calls drop, can’t even check the weather in most areas. They claim they are converting towers or something???? But making us pay full price when their service is not at full capability? I also have virtually no service at my house and they refuse to give me a booster.
