Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered our food on the automatic screens that are all over the place and chose 'pay with cash.' Not one employee ever even made eye contact with us or came to help us. Never received our food!! We had a very large order but walked out. These employees apparently have no idea how to provide customer service. What a disaster of a Taco Bell restaurant.

Stopped by for dinner tonight. Everything we ordered was as expected. Service was fast, the food was hot, and the restaurant was pretty clean for 5:30 pm.

The workers seemed miserable when I went in. They were also distracted by a baby that I’m supposing one of the workers brought in. They all had filed into the order area to play with the baby. Then they had took the baby behind the counter and had taken the baby carrier behind the counter too. They were also out of ice and didn’t seem to care.

1/9/2024, 4:25PM to 5:00PM. Had to cancel the delivery order. No priority for delivery, the staff only focused on drive through and walkins, even though they were reminded twice about the order to be picked up.

I'm very dissatisfied with Taco Bell period . They have absolutely the worst customer service and the whole ordering situation isn't working. In call corporate about this wow !

They don't have a lot of choices at this location of Taco Bell,The food. Out of hot sauce. The drink are out,they have diet sodas In the fountain drinks. Worker are not doing there job. One of then is. One of workers keep going out Vaping. They need all new workers set for one.

Recently went through the drive thru in the evening. All of our food was cold, the chalupa shells were like cardboard and there was hardly any meat in all the food. The only thing that was good was the service.

I was very disappointed. Normally I have a decent experience here but this time was NOT. I came to the drive through at 11:36 pm on Oct 27th and when I received my stuff they charged me for the water but never gave it to me. Also, I was in a rush do to having to head to my grave shift. And when I arrived my taco looked veryyyyyy stale and soggy at best. Mind you my drive is not long enough for it to have gotten that bad in that amount of time but not only that it was barely warm to touch. I am vexed at the situation. This is now the second time I have received stale tacos and I'm annoyed. I would like my money back, or credit to another taco bell location so I can have a better experience next time and then maybe I would leave a better review.

I went the other night and found the entire staff outside the building until I drove into the drive though.I ordered their deluxe cravings box, Drove up to the second window and got my food and when I got home found out it was ice cold. The chalupa and the burrito were rock solid as if they gave me a deluxe box that's been sitting there for an hour. as a past employee of a Tacobell possibly the worst location I've ever seen.

terribleeee so slow and it takes like 10 minutes to get a drink because they always forget. they also never give me what i ask for and the service is so terrible and slow i had to wait like 40 minutes for cinnamon twists...they always forget my food and it's not even worth it to ask for it because they take so long to do anything. sometimes there's a ton of people waiting to get service and it's packed

I ordered food online with them and when I showed up it was supposed to be ready and they hadn't even started making it... They then proceeded to make it but took another 15 minutes making me late for an appointment that I had. They had over 1 hour from the original order time to get the food ready until they had it ready. Absolute worst service ever!
