Kandace at the St George, Utah location helped me over the phone to get WiFi started at my home in Oregon. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She told me about all the products that might suit my needs and the deals they have. She is a 10/10 representative.

After over a year of dreadful internet service through Quantum Fiber, I am so happy to finally have stable WiFi. I can’t believe it took me this long to switch to TDS! Big thanks to Bob Drabicki for helping to get my address added to your network mapping and following through to see that my order was processed. Our service technician, Tyrell Thompson, stayed at the house all day on a Saturday to be sure that our new service was working properly. Thank you TDS!

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. They continually take you off of auto pay so that they can shut off the internet and tell you they switched credit card processing companies so that the mistake isn'ton their end. They apparently switch processors monthly because thei happens at least 3 times a year. Once you finally get that resolved, they take days to switch back on the internet. Worst experience with an internet provider ever.

The only reason I chose TDS was because I was forced to. They are TWICE the price of everyone else and 1/2 the speed. Never use TDS

Wish there was a zero star option. I believe this is my second review ever, but TDS is just that bad. I spent over 12 hours on the phone with them before I had my service installed. Missed appointments with no notice, broken water lines, and terrible customer service are just the beginning. They recently sent out a mailer that offered a lower price so I gave them a call. I was refused because it's only for new customers despite the mailer stating otherwise (see picture). Go with someone else if you can. TDS isn't worth the time and effort.

We were told we would have service set up (our neighbor has it) The day of when they were supposed to install well past the appointment time I called to check in and they “had put a note on to cancel on the account” with no communication to us . This was really frustrating after running a conduit for them , scheduling our security to be installed and not going to a family event for several hours waiting for the installers to arrive.

I have had frequent wifi outages, sometimes minor sometimes major, for the entire time I've had TDS. My family had their router replaced about 2 months ago, and everything was fine until last night. My Internet went out at about midnight, and at the time of writing this, it is now 6:30PM the following day and it still has not come back on despite me resetting the router multiple times.
I don't know if something is wrong with the wifi cables in Santa Clara or what, but either way, we need better ISPs than this.

Went to TDS to unravel sign up for automatic withdrawal. The success came at the hands of the customer service. She was friendly and customer oriented from the outset. Every thing I could have hoped for during my interview with her and TDS owes her for the successful outcome. I have been hesitant with trips to the TDS and the nature of outcomes. Not any more.
Well done on her part. And thanks again.

I have fiber and it was good for a little bit but lately it's been dropping more often. The people that work the front desk at this place are so incompetent it's painful. The billing and to pay through tds autopay is an absolute nightmare, the customer service sucks over the phone. I can't wait until there is more internet offered where I live.

Rob T and the sub contractor digging team were amazing! Great people who went over and beyond to help us get our internet setup. There were hiccups on the sales side but the customer service I got from Rob made up for that ten fold!
