Came here in the past for truck tires and had stellar service. Due to the previous interactions, I came back today and had the same exceptional service as before. Staff work quickly, knowledgeable, and understand the meaning of customer service.

Took my $750 Civic into this shop and had it done the same day. My alignment was severely off and the steering wheel was crooked. I think it was relatively cheap compared to other places in town and they knew what they were talking about. Would recommend these guys again.

I got my tires replaced here about 2 years ago. While I was there, they offered a road hazard warranty, which I decided to purchase. I have since moved out of St. George and got an unrepairable flat on one of my tires. The tire shop I took my car to was not affiliated with Point S in anyway and was not able to honor the warranty. But I was able to get ahold of Point S, specifically Randy, and he was willing to cover a portion of the cost of the new tire. Exceptional service! Thank you!

It's great too have a place that isn't just trying to make money off of you. As of today I have now had all 3 of my vehicles here. They got me right in without an appointment for a tire leak, unfortunately I needed a new tire due to a 3 inch nail through the side wall. A new tire in and out in 30 minutes without an appointment.

We were passing through on our way to California and got a screw in our tire. We went to a different tire shop and they insisted they had to sell us four new tires to fix the problem. I came over to Point S and they patched the tire and charged me $20. After a stressful and exhausting afternoon thinking I was about to fork out $800 for new tires it was so nice to come to an honest and reliable place. I will never go anywhere else again!
