“Let me start off by saying when you walk into this business how friendly everybody is! These guys diagnosed my problem when nobody else could within 45 minutes.. I'm not going to go into detail on how many mechanics I've been to on my truck and nobody could give me a black and white answer. These guys did and I will never take my truck anywhere else. If you want to waste your money and go to a different mechanic so be it. The wright company has my business for life!!”

“Wow! I got a flat after picking one kid up from school on the way to get the other. My tire sensor lit up and I could hear hissing. In a panic I drove over to the tire pros. Without even making me get my kid out of the car they fixed my flat on the spot. I was only a few minutes late getting my other kid. Thanks for the rescue!”

So without a booking i went here
They repaired the tyre there and then with no wait - and swapped out the spare as well

“These guys are the BEST! They arranged a tow for my car and quickly analyzed the problem, called me with a solution and a quote and had it ready for me the next morning. The work was excellent and the price was more than fair. They were honest, helpful and super nice. I’m a 70 yr old lady with an 18 yr old car and they could have easily found lots of things wrong that needed fixing, but rather than taking advantage of me they dealt with the immediate problem and got me back on the road. Needless to say I will go to them again and refer my friends as well!”
“Had my tires rotated in SLC and then drove to St George. Tires were out of balance. Contacted Big O in St George and asked them what it would cost to balance tires. They said no charge and just bring it in. Wow! Cottonwood Heights Big O wanted $20 per tire to balance. SG Big O did a great job! Would highly recommend.”
“Best oil change experience! I’ve had my fair share of bad oil change experiences especially as a woman driving an 27 year old car. She’s a jeep, she’s suppose to leak. I don’t look forward to getting the condescending conversation about the condition of my car, when my husband can take my jeep in and get told nothing. This jiffy lube off sunset was AMAZING! They got me in and out fast, got straight to the point while being very polite and didn’t waste my time with any mansplanning. I believe it was Avery and Tyler who I interacted with and it was nothing but pleasant (3/17 around 12:30pm). This also isn’t my first pleasant experience at this location. I will only be going here for oil changes from now on.”

“Bought tires online that were delivered in a timely manner, and I called to make an appt. When I got there to drop off my car, the tires were there, but due to some kind of glitch, the computer system said they were not there. Initially, they were saying they would not be able to install them and would have to refund me, then charge me again before instalation. I was very upset. However, the team and especially Josh were very patient, and in the end, they installed my tires and made me a very happy customer! Definitely won't buy them online again, but I will purchase them directly at the store.”
