I’ve had Allstate for 6 years! NEVER had a speeding ticket. NEVER caused an accident. NEVER had a DUI. NEVER missed a payment. I called over a month ago to add my son and to check why I wasn’t getting any discounts from their DRIVEWISE program!
NOTE: ALWAYS check frequently WHY you aren’t getting your discounts from their DRIVEWISE program! They refused to give me the discount!

These people deliver terrible customer service. They never return calls, won’t go over anything when your policy renews. They never return worst! I was with them for 4 years. They were terrible. Find a different agent. This one does not care about you.

Dom was great to work with! He was very helpful with my quote and explaining the different sections of the insurance for our home and auto. He was also able to cut my monthly auto insurance in half, along with my teenager sons monthly payment.
