Used MMA on my nails, will never go here again! It took Joey from Williams (Lush Beauty) 30 mins to sand the illegal glue off my hands. Would not recommend.

I went in, I was the only customer. Asked how long the business has been here, he told me many years. I told him I felt the address was a little misleading but, I found it. I loved his pedicure. I actually told him he would now be my # 1 "To Go" salon as his pedicure was that good. Tried making another appointment but was sad to see the business is now closed . So sad

Wanted nail art. The fellow answering the phone said they did that. He did not do nail art, nor did he even do smooth acrylics. I now need to go back to my nails salon at home to have them fixed

Awful experience! My mom and I went in first thing in the morning to get pedicures and no one was in building. A few minutes later a man came. He was very rude. He asked if we had appointments. I told him no and he said I needed to make an appointment stating it was because mornings are very busy. Reminder: The place was completely empty, no customers, no workers!

Professional and friendly. They opened earlier than posted open times which was very nice. Pedicure was fairly quick with very high quality. Will be my "go to" place!

The water to soak in for the pedicure was cold. I asked them to warm it up and they turned the water to slightly warm for 10 seconds then turned it off. The paint job was disappointing and they left a hair in one of the nails under the top coat and a bubble in another. It was unclean and one of the nail techs seemed to be really unwell… left all of us feeling uncomfortable, we wouldn’t go back.

Bad service after I told him I didn’t like them and to fix them he pulled me roughly and took me back to the station and started cutting them off and pulling them off with another nail causing my nail to hurt and while he was doing my nails he cut my a few times with the machine

I called to find out the price of gel nail extensions, and they refused to tell me because I wasn’t making an appointment for today. I had planned on making an appointment for later this week, but wanted to know what cost I could expect, which I don’t think is an unreasonable request. I’m disappointed in the customer service because this place had good reviews.
