Our salesperson Janelle was helpful at every step of our purchase. Super polite, answered all our questions perfectly. Adjusted any issues accordingly without hesitation. Very pleased with her service. The 2 man construction crew were punctual, they contacted us when they were on their way. Cleaned up after afterwards and left us with a very nice, solid built shed. Were satisfied!!

I bought a Tuff Shed yesterday, Sept. 26th, 2025! After going there a few times over the last 2 weeks, we got everything perfect! Janelle Merriam, my sales rep., was great and very patient, as I changed my mind several times! I would highly recommend Janelle and Tuff Shed!

We met Janelle at the home show in Hurricane, UT. She was so kind and patient, as she helped us design the exact shed we wanted! She even showed us extras for our shed that we ended up getting, and we love them all! She kept in contact with us the whole way up until install, and afterwards to see how we liked it. Alonzo and his team that built our shed and set it up for us were awesome as well! This has been a great experience for us. We would highly recommend Tuff Shed (St George) to anyone looking for a shed!

I got a really nice shed but wrong color. I picked out a color on the brochure that matched my house, but it sure didn’t match. It is the color I picked, but the brochure paint chips are way off.

This was our first experience with Tuff Shed. Gina De La Peña in the office was very personable and helpful in our search for the size shed that would work for us. Scheduling went well the installers came late due to car trouble however they communicated well. The paint that they brought was not the correct color but they did go to the shop to get the correct color. There was an issue with the lumber in the structure of the door opening causing the door to not seal correctly. We were missing the drip seal over the door. We did notice sloppy paint on the hinges and handle and the Tuff Shed badging. We reported this with a phone call and pictures to Gina and Nicole this was handled within a reasonable time. Brandon from the warranty St George office came out and identified and corrected all of our concerns. He was a very nice person and made sure we were satisfied with everything. We would recommend a tighter quality control in the manufacturing of the kits so the installers have everything they need. We would recommend Tuff Shed. Overall good experience

Order a shed front Gina at Tuff Shed this lady does not have a clue all we have gotten from her is wrong and bad information stay away at all cost what a simple project has turned into a nightmare should one use Tuff Shed stay away from Gina

We stopped by Tuff Shed to look for a model that fit our needs. Gina De La Peña gladly walked us through the showroom, and pointed out additional features that we liked. Gina walked us through the design process and designed and ordered the perfect lean-to shed for. The process was easy, and Gina was patient and extremely helpful. We look forward to delivery of shed soon.

This was my third Tuff Shed purchase, all from the St. George, Ut location. Gina has really made my purchasing experience easy and pleasant. The shed was delivered and set up on time and the install team knew what they were doing. A very pleasant experience, and I definitely will use Tuff Shed again for any of my storage needs.
