If I could give 0 stars I would, called to ask a question about a van and or truck rental at this location, the gentleman on the phone was very rude and when I called him out on it I was hung up on. Very unprofessional, avoid this location if you can and save yourself from dealing with rude employees.

The truck’s A/C was not working when we got it. Had to drive 4+ hours with no cool air which became very uncomfortable. Then at drop off, the personnel wasn’t helpful and made us park the truck next to the others, putting the risk on us. Not happy with the overall experience that came with an expensive price.

I give another warning not to book a U-haul from these guys as they will add on insurance without telling you. If they rip you off, dispute the charges through your credit card. I reserved a trailer on U-Haul’s website and declined the insurance, so I didn’t think I had to scrutinize the papers I signed when I picked it up. But watch them closely, they’ll sneak the insurance back in without telling you, even after you declined it.

DON’T BOOK WITH U-HAUL! I would give 0 stars if I could. I booked a moving truck a week ago for pickup tomorrow 8:00 am. I confirmed again this morning since I’m driving 5 hours to move the rest of my mother’s items out of storage. I got a call at 6:30 pm while on my 5 hour drive to St. George stating my truck isn’t available and the next closest available truck is in a city 55 miles away from my reserved location. Customer service offered $50 “guarantee”, which wouldn’t even cover gas, let alone my time, to get the truck to where we need it. I have a booked hotel in St. George for the night, so can’t adjust plans this late. Don’t use U-Haul unless you are fine driving a 100 mile round trip to get the truck to where you need it. Ridiculous!!!
