It was quite like every other ulta I visited, except for the fact that it wasn’t really organised and there were too many perfumes mixed togheter. I surely recommend the place if you like skincare, hair care, body are and makeup

I was last in the store in June and most of the staff were dismissive and rude. I was looking for a perfume with less toxic ingredients. Finally, one very good employee came to help me and she saved the experience! I wish I remembered her name. I wouldn't even bother with this review except my husband was there today grabbing some mascara for a client. He said there was only one cashier and that the other employees were just standing around talking and ignoring customers.

My recent visit to ulta left me feeling perplexed. I was paying cash and did not wish to give my phone number to associate. He refused to sell me the item without a phone number. He then proceeded to explain it was for broken or defective items. I informed him I would not be returning and did not wish to give him my phone number. He again refused to sell me the item. It was frustrating , I should have the right to decide if I would like to give out my phone number.

Do better i quit comming here after my last visit sephore will keep my business no eyebrow girl ever at her station the customer service sucks never asks if you have points or gets your birthdays items unless you the customer asks unfortunately you only have one store so this shouldn't be too hard to pin point corporate needs to get on you guys better training

I’m always disappointed with my experience at this Ulta location. The display shelves are often messy and disorganized, which makes it hard to find products. Items are rarely restocked in a timely manner, so many shelves stay empty for long periods. On top of that, it’s difficult to get assistance from staff I often have to look around for someone to help, and when I do they seem rushed. Overall, this makes shopping here frustrating compared to other locations, and I’d rather shop online than come to this store.

I am a frequent shopper at Ulta. I was looking for some things and Olive your employee was very attentive with helping me and answered all my questions. She is very knowledgeable with everything at the store. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends. She has an amazing personality. Thank you Ulta for hiring people like Olive.

I rarely write Negative Reviews but this one is an exception! Mya Jones is THE WORST Sales Manager EVER!!!! If there were 0 Stars that would be my rating! I Got a defective Strivectin product, It was $95.00 for the box. The serum was in a pump that didn't work. I took it in twice with the receipt to exchange it for a working one. First she refused because it came in a box with other items and I only took in the one defective item. The second time she refused because I had used a coupon and SHE said I couldn't get a replacement unless I paid the additional $30 because I had used a credit to purchase all my items. Lucky for me the Customer Service Management people have a brain and agree that if you don't get what you just bought they will make it right. They sent me a return label and are mailing me a new one. SO RIDICULOUS AND SUCH A WASTE OF TIME!!!

Mia was exceptional in her knowledge and service! She gave me some products that transformed my skin. She was very kind and not judgemental. I don’t have the best skin and am usually very intimidated at ulta, but Mia put me at ease and helped me feel better about my skin. She needs a raise!

Im here in St. George visiting a friend and needed to stop by this ulta as I realized I forgot some crucial items. Today a super sweet person named Gabe helped me and literally made the entire experience amazing <3 they were such a bestie and I loved the product they recommended for me and my skin tone. Genuinely such an amazing experience!

I went into Ulta a few days ago and had top notch experience. Gabe helped me pick out the right type of makeup best for my skin tone and skin type. And even took time to let me know the benefits of some of the products I was purchasing. I will be asking for his assistance time after time when purchasing makeup from Ulta again!!! Thank you Gabe for such a fantastic experience!!! 😁

Best store to find gifts for my lady. Nice and organized, Very helpful staff. Only issue is the parking stalls in the lot are too close together especially for pickups.

I just got my hair done by JASMIN and WOW! She nailed the picture I brought in. Color, textures, everything! Everything I asked for she did and did it perfectly.
Little back story. I came in after another salon botched my hair. My what should have been blonde was orange and one tone. I went in with just the hope that it would be better than what it was. I had a picture of what I wanted and I knew it wouldn’t be like it, it never is…. Right? I was blown away when she was done. The color textures were just as I had asked. She even did a bang trim on me and just like any great stylist, she took a little off at a time, just to make sure they were how I wanted them. She may look young, but I swear, this girl seems like she has been doing hair for YEARS! If you need color SEE JASMINE! She was amazing.

Wow. I haven't been to an ultra in years and have always shopped at Sephora. However, I will be shopping at my local Ulta because of Mia. She was beyond kind and helpful. She was knowledgeable and helped my sister pick a moisturizer tailored for her skin. We will be repeat customers for sure!
