Christmas Eve DAY the website said the UPS Store was open at 800 AM. I and others arrived at 815 AM to a locked store. Signs on the windows stated closed Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day. Close when you want to but update the website.

12/21/24 at 1pm, there were three workers and a large line for the holidays and they were great. Worked as quickly as they could and didn’t seem to get frustrated or even annoyed when I wasn’t super prepared with my Amazon label. Good experience even with so many people this time of year.

I only go here when my package is labeled & prepaid. That way I can just drop off, and not stand in line. I only stand in line, when I'm dropping off packages returning to Amazon and want to get a receipt to verify. It takes a little patience to wait in line. Sometimes I don't know what the priority is, customers or filling packages. A greeting of some kind when entering the store would be nice. I've never experienced a problem. If you can package and print your own label at home, that would save alot of time. A bigger store like FedEx would be helpful, too. St George is continually growing and maybe it's time this UPS Store size adapts to the growing needs of its customers. According to InsideClimateNews.org, St. George now has the population of 107,424 in the year 2024!

The worker that helped us was amazing. Two of their computers went down and the manager was being unless just kept telling them I don’t know what to tell you. She was not helping the employees at all I feel so bad for them having to work with her.

Unfortunately it’s almost always the same, a long line of people out the door and one person trying to help everyone. Saturday morning and one person, but it seems to always be the same no matter when you come. The person is doing their best but you can tell people are visibly irritated. It would be nice if the owner would spend a little on staffing for the sake of customer service.

I went to overnight express a package at the cost of almost $49 guarantee to arrive by noon today. The Label says 12:00 November 08, 2024. I Checked the tracking number on the receipt, the package has not even left the facility. It was urgent that this package arrived today I will come in tomorrow for a full refund of my money. I want to speak with the manager or the highest paid person in authority. If you gaurantee package delivery and it doesn’t arrive. You need to stand behind your word as a company.
Lesson learned the Hard way, do not use UPS. Postal service is no better.
Next I will try Federal Express, they have the highest reviews.
I tru Truly do Not understand Understandwhy Amazon can deliver the n Next Day, 98% of my orders. But UPS , don’t trust.

They refuse to serve our business because we sell rubber recoil pads. It does NOT violate UPS’s rules and we can ship through the UPS center at Fort Pierce, but this location refuses to support companies that make recoil pads.
Prejudice against gun owners. Doesn’t respect the second amendment. This is just another form of censorship—despite being a common carrier, they try to force others to follow THEIR moral code.

Worst UPS store I’ve used. Poor service and extremely slow. Packages get “delivered” but they never have them.

Shipping packages is something I always procrastinate and then end up stressing about, but Jenny was super helpful and kind in helping me get my package ready and sent to where it needed to be. Easiest and quickest way to get something shipped fast!

I walked in the door and there were 12 people in line; one poor worker handling the load said it had been this way since it opened. There was work piled up everywhere with one other worker in the back doing other things. Customer service seems to be on the back burner here but whoever owns the franchise is doing well. The one counter worker was obviously worn out but was very polite and accommodating; she was the one bright point during my visit.
