they shipped me my apple iMac a $1300 computer in 2022 with no foam and when it arrived the entire screen was cracked and the computer was not usable. I made a claim and its now 2024, they were paid by UPS for the claim and they never paid it to me. they kept the funds for themself. I will be calling corporate office and will never ship with UPS again. this is absolutely absurd.

This location clearly puts customers at the bottom of importance, by the fact that there is only 1 employee assisting customers. The wait time due to standing in line for up to 15 minutes is a big inconvenience. Please hire another person to assist the only employee that has been doing the best that anyone is able. I have years of a few professions I have performed and it is easily identifiable that the employee that assists me numerous times is fast and professional. This location needs to hire help!

Serious management issues.You can never get someone on the phone… so you can never ask questions about your packages or extend your PO Box. You will be notified about receiving packages, but often the employees don’t know anything about it and cannot find said package… so there’s a lack of trust that develops in your relationship with this particular UPS store.

Printing services aren't professional, I sent my plans 2 days in advance and only received an automated email response and nothing else, called 2 days after and the young lady didn't even know how to respond since she mentioned that no one in the morning shift knew how to operate that printer, then asked another employee and said that the printer wasn't working and told me to call the other store.Not to mention that I literally called 18 times and pressed 7 to get connected, definitely this ups needs attention and employers training.UPDATE:If owner really wants to make my experience right you have my email with plans that was never responded but instead a nice response on my review for me to reach back, no thanks I already moved on to FEDEX which the experience was night to day difference

Had they not snooped into my box after i left I wouldnt be upset or have written this. I just want people to know ahead of time..... they reopened my sealed box AFTER I left. That is super weird to me.If you had a concern you could have dug through it more while i was there..They had already looked inside before I sealed the box...then I said specifically wait..I want to pack this and seal it myself.......so they gave me the filler and we taped it.. How do I know they reopened my sealed box? They added a air bubble filler I had not put in there. ....They could have called me first....In case they were worried they didn't give me appropriate filler and were trying to be kind..Yikes.

We had a box weighing 112 pounds, and Trinity, who has the most adorable nails, graciously assisted us in carrying it. She took on the majority of the weight, and when we decided not to send it back due to the high cost, Trinity kindly helped us carry it back and lift it into the trunk. We truly appreciate her prompt service and willingness to lend a hand!

Terrible customer service, messy and dirty store, and does not have the service they advertise. Today I had an employee tell me it was not her fault but the owners and the owner is not available. I have repeatedly had issues with this store and wasted too much time with their lack of professionalism. This is the worst UPS store I have seen.

This is truly the BEST UPS store I've ever been to. Exceptional customer service at every single visit. All employees are efficient, courteous and so kind. Occasionally there is a short line, but they are doing their absolute best...please be patient and appreciate the fantastic service they are providing !

I’ve been to this location a few times. Great customer service, very helpful and quick to help everyone. A small wait as other customers were served, maybe 1-2 minutes. Very clean.

Amazing customer service! 5 times now I've come and received very kind, patient, knowledgeable help. Michelle was especially so today, but past times and other workers have been as well. Whoever hires or trains them, I'd like to have this kind of human-touch service everywhere. Yes lines, but they have been knowledgeable, patient, and well-paced, with me and with others, incl older people who are juggling boxes, technology, hearing problems, etc. Maybe they could have 2 different line ups: "Everything ready and in a hurry" and "Could use some extra help today". It was worth coming just to feel this. And Package-wise, already got notified that they were received.
