The man named Kam (I believe) is a great human. I’ve been here several times, and I have never heard him get frustrated with any off the odd requests from customers. Every single time I have been in, he has had the exact some positive energy. Always making genuine small talk and trying to help the best that he can. It’s always refreshing to see him working the counter when I walk in.

I guess they never answer the phone, called over 20 times these last few days and nothing.

Got a voicemail to return their call about a missing package I requested (asked to be contacted by email). Called three times but nobody ever picked up the phone.

Always so helpful — and I appreciate the assistance with my books for university especially!

Loses packages. USPS never lets you speak with a real person when you try to call. Absolutely ridiculous

I had 2 packages and one piece of mail that said it had arrived at this location but kept saying “delivery the next business postal day” I have been waiting 2 weeks for these packages and I tried to call and no one would answer to help!
Absolutely ridiculous!

The people here brag about throwing your mail away. The guy working the desk is the worst person, he is insufferable and is happy to tell you how they have thrown your mail away after 5 days. He said they can hold it but choose to throw it out.

Honestly this has been one of the best US Post Office experiences ever! We had 3 separate packages and cards to send and the staff was so helpful and VERY friendly and efficient!
From what I observed, other customers were having the same pleasant experience.

Typical post office. Weird opening hours (8:30a.m.) usually 2 windows opened at the most. 3 very nice window clerks, and 1 by the book know-it-all. He's borderline rude, so if you get him (you'll know by the attitude), exude a lot of patience. One standout clerk is named Kamm. He's the best, and super cool to talk with. He'll help you get your packages to their destination the quickest, and the least expensive. The way things are these days, you can do almost anything over the Internet. This super tool of information, is sadly causing troubles to our once mighty postal service. Staff cuts, budget cuts, and longer hours for fewer employees. It's a shame. Even if you don't need it, go stand in line, and buy a stamp. ??4.5 out of 5 stars (the little rude guy ain't worth a lot ?)

Absolutely terrible, no responses to emails or calls, ALSO be aware they will just delete your service request without doing anything and pat themselves on the back

Not for the first time I've had packages be "delayed" for delivery while other ones (ordered the same day) arrive early. All through the USPS. Mind you the status updates show me when they get to the post office. So I know it's a problem at St George and not another stop in transit. Are they just picking and choosing which packages they feel like bringing that day? I've also had packages delivered to the wrong address more than once. Get it together USPS.

Their delivery people blatantly cannot read. I constantly get other peoples mail and never get my own. My neighbors and I continually have to reach out to each other to fix this. They do not deserve the paycheck they receive. Hire better people.
