Verizon has a keeper in Jacob Medsker. Excellent intuition, patience, and follow through in setting up my new S24 Galaxy. The excecution of the transfer of data was flawless. Since my life is in my phone now days, the upgrade was completely stress free. Jacob's customer skills rises above the norm, much above.! I will continue to be a loyal Verizon Customer for another 13 yrs, solely because of this great experience. Thank you Jacob. :)
