My experience with Verizon was amazing thanks to Eddy. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every plan, every option, and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting-no pressure, no confusion, just real help.
Eddy went above and beyond to make sure I left with the best deal for my needs. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I've never had a smoother or more stress-free experience at a phone store.
If you're going to Verizon, ask for Eddy. He's truly the best, and I can't recommend him enough.
Everyone one else was so unprofessional and rude and treated their employees badly in front of customers and was very hard to watch. we didn’t even have eddy as our helper but i was upset we didn’t get him but after watching the way he worked we wished we had him help us. just because we were females they treated us like we didn’t know anything. eddy deserves a raise

Best service and friendly associates. The signal in our house specifically was terrible. So Verizon, on their dollar, sent us a signal booster device. BAM! The signal immediately is now great in our home.

Don’t go to the store! I thought it would be better than going to the corporate store, but I was completely wrong. Ordered an iPhone, waited for two weeks, they finally called me when it was in, and I went to pick it up and they sold it to somebody else and didn’t have any record of anything. When I asked to talk to a manager, they couldn’t give me any information and basically shrug their shoulders that they don’t know what’s going on.
