When I went to the store to pick up my new phone after making my changes on line with a wonderful agent. I was assured the corporate store would exchange my old phone information to my new phone. When I arrived the store was not busy and many employees were just sitting around. A young man got my new phone out of a locker and handed me the bag. And I said the online agent assured me this store would swap the info from one to another. I’m a senior citizen and a long time 19 year customer of Verizon. He said that no he wasn’t going to do that unless I paid him $38.00. Again i told him about the phone call with the online agent. He said no, the company policy was $38.00. So I said so much for customer service. And I didn’t want the phone now. He didn’t appear to care and started walking away. I told him I would be back on Monday after I called the company online. Again I shared my dissatisfaction of lousy customer service and he remarked that I didn’t have to
Talk to him that way. And I assured him I was. And after 19 years with Verizon I was done. This store is notorious for being rude to customers. I have seen it to there and experienced in the past. Basically it’s got a bunch of young arrogant guys in there that have no idea how to treat customers or respect their elders.

I wish I could give zero stars. The staff, especially one woman in particular, was extremely unhelpful and seemed clueless about her job. If you're not trained or don't know what you're doing, you shouldn't be in a customer-facing role.

Steven was most helpful with my phone. The payment machine was broke again tho. May I suggest you share classes on how to use these phones of ours. Thnx Verizon for service in the more remote areas.

Such a scam. I'd recommend anywhere but here. Unless you want to double your monthly plan & purchase a new phone ( replacing one you purchased there less than a year ago) keep driving, dont waste your time.

I had been down to the store five times. We were treated terrible 4 of those times. We finally went to the Kiosk in Best Buy and had John Larsen help us! He was wonderful!! The last time we went to the store Joseph Nicholls helped us. Even though I had to wait for 45 minutes it was worth it! Both Joseph and John understand the meaning of customer service!! I was pretty disenchanted with Verizon and was ready to go elsewhere! I can't rate my whole experience as a good one but I do commend these two young men. They were awesome!! Because of them we are still with Verizon!

The store hours, vibe of customer service and distribution of corporate stores (with a payment kiosk) just sucks!
A corporate store was needed to take care of my business, and St. George was the nearest, a drive of several hours. Apparently only a select few stores in Utah are "corporate stores." I come to this store, well into the day to see no hours listed on the door, the place locked and no sign of life, like a store that had just shut down. I wait outside alongside several other customers who I'm sure had busy schedules. I did only need the payment kiosk (I not being the account holder) and a representative did check to see that I got what I needed. I'll give more than one star for that.
In conclusion, I'm going to suggest longer hours for your corporate stores.

I highly recommend that you go to the location on sunset. They are very kind and go out of their way to look for ways to help you. I’ve had a great experience over there. Verizon made a mistake and one of the employees really advocated to get it resolved. If you want a great experience, I recommend them.
I came in 30 minutes before close the lady I talked to probably wanted to get home and said she wouldn’t take my trade in because to reset the anti theft code it would take an hour. It was my last day to turn it in. I asked if there were other locations. She told me there weren’t any, but then I looked it up on my phone. I went to the location on Sunset they found a way to get around the code and got everything fixed. Aside from that they really understand customer service and go out of their way to help you.

Absolutely the worst service we have ever experienced with verizon for over the 20 some years my husband, my self, & our parents have been customers. My husband went in to the store to trade in a phone & was told by Jacob Howard that he still owed money on a line which was not the case as they were paid off & he said people try to pull fast ones & get away with not paying in which my husband replied to look at our payment history as all phones were paid off last July & he stated he couldn't look that far back nor would he call customer service to confirm so we are forever by passing this awful store & the customer service you receive here & using Victra on Hilton Drive. They were able to look up the info no problem & took great care of us!!
