First of all I've been a customer of Verizon for 30 years. Customer service is really bad. Waited for 20 minutes store pretty much empty didn't even acknowledge me. Barely any merchandise on the shelves. I'd recommend not going to this one

Trevor helped my coworker and I figure out a major identity fraud issue due to some data breach. He was able to reinstate the service and place extra protections on the account to make sure it is safe from being broken into again. 10/10

This store has been by far our favorite store to receive help from!! They spent 3 hrs on the phone with corporate trying to resolve issues & never once made us feel like they were inconvienced & were so kind & helpful! This will always be our go to store!! The customer service you will receive is by far the best you will ever experience!!

Quinn went above and beyond to get my whole family the I phone 15. We got a bunch of fun devices like a tablet, watch, and internet. He was so patient and kind with us and our two kids. This is the only Verizon store we go to now. And we go for Quinn. 10/10 recommend to a friend.
