“Words cannot adequately express the gratitude I have for every member of this veterinary clinic. My beloved senior Chihuahua exhibited signs today that indicated her kidney failure meds were no longer effective. She was suffering. They were helpful with directions to their office and able to see me and beloved Lilly-Belle immediately. (I'm a long-haul truck driver so this feature was especially helpful.) I was terribly distraught, don't even know what the senior veterinarian Dr's name is. All I know is that a kind Dr came into the room where me n' Lilly were. She was asleep (anesthesia) then. He provided me the reassurance that our visit was timely, not premature. (I will not allow my beloveds to suffer.) He handled her gently, with respect, in her sleep-state. I left, sadly, yet knowing I had done the right thing this day. Thank you so much Animal Medical Hospital. You took a bit of the sting out of a VERY uncomfortable situation!!”
“Doctor McDonald is the best veterinarian. After taking my little one to the emergency vet on a Saturday I left with no answers. I was fortunate enough to get Dr McDonald at Dixie Veterinary to take care my dog Pepper. As we all know our fur babies mean everything in this world to us. She was thorough and very compassionate. “I went to another vet 3 times about her skin and paw issues, on the third time they suggested I put my dog down. I brought her here for a second opinion and they did a simple skin test and figured out what was wrong with her right then. She bounced back quickly with the meds and suggestions they gave us. They were so caring and understanding even followed up to see how she was doing. I won’t bring my dog anywhere else now.”
