Went in here to get magnetic signs for my truck. They said they would send me an email when they got time (which was odd to me why they couldn't just talk about it while I was there). Anyways I finally got an email with a proof that had everything wrong. I wrote back with what I actually needed and got no reply. Wrote back again, no reply. No call back either. Very unprofessional!

What can I say about Vital Image; their prices are very competitive, I got to speak with the owners and graphics designer via phone, email and in person. They made for me a sign and the banner both of which I’m highly pleased with. I think the level of personal involvement is stellar. I checked out a couple of other companies in St. George and got a little bit of a run around and felt that the prices were either really high or they were nickel and diming me to death. It was with little add ons (i.e. it’s this price but if we design it that’s more money, If we add brackets it’s this added on, if we use this then we add this on) I got a solid quote and a solid price all inclusive not charge for helping me with colors, dimensions, brackets etc.. I would highly recommend Vital Image for any sign, banner or any other business need they may offer; because of the product quality I received and the customer service as well.
