The service at the pharmacy is just awful! I showed up 10min before they came back from lunch. I was the first in line in the drive up window. The lady who was helping me tells me that my husband is not on my insurance, how can that be! I know my coverage! Instead of maybe calling the insurance or trying to check the information again she sends me to the now very long line so I can call my insurance. After waiting another 20 min in line once at the counter she tells me she found my husband's coverage! She's the most unpleasant person ever! Yes you don't control the lines but you do control the service you provide!

I should’ve checked the reviews here before sent my prescription. First and last time dealing with this pharmacy. Won’t update my prescription status, the chat online said they didn’t add any notes to go off of, calling results in long holds that end in random hang-ups. Terrible service. Because of this, I will never have my prescription filled at a Walgreens and recommend all family and friends steer clear as well.

I don't know if employees are being overworked or what but, Please start caring about your jobs. It's unfortunate that there's these kind of negative attitudes in a place that plays such an important role in people's lives.

This poor excuse for a pharmacist told my mom that my dad’s prescription wouldn’t be ready at all and he told her to go somewhere else haha, does Walgreens even look at these? My mom ended up going to smiths where they filled his prescription in less than an hour, your future is looking pretty bleak Walgreens!!

The pharmacy will rarely answer the phone. The pharmacy will just pick up and instantly put me back on hold without saying anything and I’ve been calling for days. This place is a joke

The female pharmacy tech I cannot remember her name started with a ashley was literally the rudest person I have met. When I was calling about a prescription she treated me like i was dumb and belittled me to the point I started crying. She wasn't making any since on why I couldn't get my prescription. I feel bad for her co-workers and patients because no one should be treated like that.

Zero stars!! As other reviews have mentioned Ashley the dyslexic tech is the worst excuse for an employee I’ve ever encountered. She was rude, accusatory, condescending and can’t count correctly. I asked to get my sleep med refilled before I left town for a week (on a Friday), she told me I had to wait until Saturday because it was too soon. I argued that Friday was only a day early and it could in fact be filled that day. She rudely asked me if I was taking my med as prescribed. I said yes and then explained to her again how I was leaving town for a week and would run out while I was gone. She told me that I’d have to call my Dr and have him call in a new prescription to a pharmacy where I was vacationing because she absolutely couldn’t legally fill my prescription by Friday. I leave town on Friday and an hour later I get a text saying my prescription had been filled and was ready for pickup. I now couldn’t fill any new prescription because this one had been filled. I called and explained what had happened with rude Ashley and this staff says “Oh yeah, she miscounted the days, we were able to fill it for you today”. Why is Ashley still working there? How hard up is this place for employees that someone with the learning disabilities and terrible customer service skills as Ashley is still working there?? I will NEVER use this pharmacy again!!

I highly do not recommend this place here or in an another state. They do not care!! Had my daughter’s prescription all day. I go to pick it up and they can’t process it. I paid full price because literally 8 hrs is long enough to process a prescription. She told me she was being generous with that and I can take my business else where!! So I will!! Your customer service sucks and so does your people skills. You lost customer for life!!
