The customer service there is absolutely horrendous. The women are the most condescending rude people on the planet at this location. I have gone to this location many times and they are closed when their business hours stay open. I went to another Wells Fargo on the other side of town did the same transaction no problems courteous kind to me. This branch has a serious problem with horrible customer service.

I love this branch. Every time I come to this specific branch the people remember my name, engage with polite conversation and professional service. I had to review them, because they stand apart from other banks.

I was in yesterday to deposit a check that was written to myself and my husband. He endorsed it and I went to deposit it in my account, as we do not have any joint accounts. I was asked if my husband was with me (went through the drive through). I told them he wasn’t, but that he had accounts with the bank so they could verify his signature. I was told they could not help me without my husband being present to give permission to put the check into my account. Today my husband took the check in and tried to deposit it in one of his accounts. They didn’t ask for me or give him any hassle. Just deposited it for him and wished him a good day. To say I was shocked to encounter such a misogynistic establishment wouldn’t be an exaggeration. I’m livid at the blatant discrimination based on my gender.

I love wells in general but this branch has been a nightmare lately.I've gone in 3 times now trying to get a simple name change after getting married and it has been a nightmare.1st time the lady told me they couldn't do that in there and that I'd have to call in. So I called in to corporate and they said it's something I have to get done in the branch and they all I'd need is new social I'd and birth certificate. So I go back in and take all that and then the lady (same as first) tells me I need a marriage license which would have been nice to know the first time. So now I go in today and they can get someone to take time to do it for me and that I should set up an appointment. Again would have been nice to know the first time.I'm serious so frustrated at this point like how hard is it to change a name that I have to jump through all these hoops. 3 times going in and still have not had my name change. Again I love wells in general but this branch has me so mad.

This is one of the slowest and most inefficient branches I've come across. There are usually only two tellers, one working drive through and one in store. Although they are "friendly", they are very slow and inefficient, average wait time is 10-15 minutes PER customer. If you see more than 3 customers in line, go somewhere else!

HORRIBLE customer care at WF. Regrettably I have had business accounts here for 15yrs and would NEVER recommend anyone to use WF. They stopped caring about customers a LONG time ago! Today was the worst, as I got to the door 4 minutes after the hour and the "NonCustomer service person" would not even crack the door to speak to me! They have no problem with taking my money in deposit and using it to promote their interests and in turn make it VERY difficult for me to use MY money to further my business. WF = Banksters!!

The 1800 number customer service is horrible i can not understand them .Either they talk to fast or they mumble. Wells Fargo needs to get people you can understand also they are very rude. When you go to a branch office they are awsome and friendly

Thursday 2/23/2023 10:15am - no employees are here… door is locked and not even the drive through is open. I’ve watched about 8 people walk up and try the door. Is Wells Fargo closing down in Southern UT?
