My experience has been horrible today been to the bank 3 times for a simple thing on my app the lady that helped me was rude and when I told her I has to wait for a banker to get bank from lunch she thought it was funny and smirked also said their was nothing she can do on her end she obviously needs more training

Terrible customer service. Even with asking for a manager they were unable to cash a hundred dollar bill. I will definitely not be opening an account or loan with them.
