Buyer beware. I have owned three WeBoost units in the last three years. All three failed. I was able to return two of them within the warranty window but am stuck with one $600 paperweight. I have had two fail out of the box and had one last less than a year of use. Their warranty is 2 years. If you are only in rural areas a few times a year, they are relying on you not using it and it dying just beyond the warranty window without you noticing.I live full time on the road. I have been across the country 5 times with a WeBoost and at no point did it ever function as intended. At one point, I was carrying two in the car and neither worked. I can say with great confidence, save your money and headaches from Wilson Electronics. You won't get substantially further in nature with the WeBoost than you would without it.As I said, I've been on the road three years and for all the money I've spent on WeBoost, I'd have been better to save the money for gas to get back to areas with solid service. There are better alternatives. Don't waste your money. If you insist you need this technology, I can tell you as a full-time nomad with years of experience, that you are wasting your money on this product.

This company is the worst to work for, you Never get a raise you have to beg and keep telling the managers for a raise. They don't care about people mental health me and other people where getting bullied and they act like they care but they don't. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!

I bought my wee boost for my semi truck through this company totally recommend, one of my cables broke contacted Wilson electronics for a dollar they sent me a new cable and a month later in May 2022 was in high winds and the antenna bar for outside antenna snapped , I contacted the company asked what do I do to replace it next thing I know I had a free antenna bar in the mail.Highly recommend this company in the future we hope to buy a weeboost cell phone booster for our home as for now it works spectacular for my cell phone when the cell phone doesn't get 5G rural area in the semi I get 5G thru weeboost antennainside my semi truck and I have 5G.Worth the purchase no regrets.

I have had a great experience with Wilson on two occasions. The first time my cradle mount was broken unexpectedly and they replaced it without question and I had it in hand the next day. The second time, I hit a branch or something and the antenna spring was broken and out of warranty but they sent me replacement parts for free, anyway. Again, I had them the next day.

We ordered a WeBoost for our Sprinter Van in order to take our kids on a road trip in our Sprinter Van while our school district instruction was remote learning. After receiving our unit, the district changed to a hybrid model of in person and remote learning so we had to cancel our road trip. We contacted WeBoos to see if we could return the unit in it's brand new un-opened condition. They informed us that we were 7 days outside our 30 day return window and would not honor our return request due to the last minute change in our school districts plan. I find it EXTREMELY POOR customer service not to honor such a request during a global pandemic. They obviously don't care about their customers. They only care about selling units. I would recommend you never buy a product from them. I can only imagine how poor their service would be if you actually have a problem with a product.

WeboostExtremely poor customer service. I purchased a Drive X boost and it came with a 25' cable. I wanted a 50' cable and did a "live chat" with a tech. The tech gave me a link to the product and I ordered it. When it arrived, it had the wrong ends. I called Customer service and they confirmed it was the wrong cable. Then they told me that a 50' cable would have a significant dB lose and I should not buy one. I said Okay and asked for an RMA. They said they would not pay for the return postage. Horrible customer service. I plan to cross post this on Facebook RV Groups.
