We stay here often. We keep coming back because it is much more comfortable than any hotel. It feels like home. The amenities are great: pool, hot tub, shuffle board, videos, billiards, and a full gym. It's close enough to everything: groceries, restaurants and shopping are convenient. But it's far enough away that it's quiet, and when the moon isn't full, the stars are amazing.

Was here for a graduation. We gave the graduate a card with $60 and the card was accidentally left in the room. We went back and got the card but the money was stolen. We were there for an additional 5 hours and while the front desk staff was nice it was a very frustrating experience and we did not get the money back before leaving. They said they would send a check if it came down to it which is also frustrating because that takes time.
Edit: They still have not done a key audit on the room or refunded the stolen money.
2nd edit: Its now been two weeks and I was told that they cant say whose lying, me or the housekeepers, and have not refunded the money.

They have got to get the roach problem under control.
When we checked in? 6 dead roaches in the unit.
During our stay? 2 live roaches running through the room.
Day of checkout? 2 more roaches.
When you walk around outside at night? Roaches absolutely everyone. Walked over to the unit next door at 10pm, saw 10-15 roaches on the sidewalk.
I know it’s a big property, I get that. But you’re owned by a company worth $9 billion dollars. Pull the trigger and get a pest control company in here to take care of this.
Its gross, it’s dirty, it made me feel unsafe during out stay.

Dear Steven,
While our overall stay at the hotel was fine and the maintenance team was friendly and helpful, I feel it’s important to address the disappointing experience we had with you directly.
We arrived at noon hoping for an early check-in, but didn’t get into our room until an hour after the standard check-in time. During that five-hour wait, your communication was evasive, combative, and unprofessional. You provided inconsistent information and deflected responsibility onto a staff member, even after we clarified multiple times that your employee wasn’t at fault.
As a manager myself, I believe it’s critical to lead with accountability and support your team—not shift blame. Your approach left a lasting negative impression on an otherwise decent stay.

Used Worldmark St George as a stop between California and Moab, Utah.
Worldmark’s check in process is smooth. Unless you really want a wristband key, I suggest you skip the concierge- all they want to do is get you to sign up for their timeshare presentation or owners update.
The room served its purpose well. We’ve been at the resort a few times prior. The area is quiet. The rooms are well kept. The amenities were good - pool, hot tub miniature golf (I think).
*However - the very best part of this hotel isn’t in the hotel at all. The best part is taking a late night stroll around the resort. Resort is situated on a hill and the views are spectacular!

Nice place with a lot to do. The staff is generally very nice.
There are no lifeguards at the pool, so expect parents to let their small children hang out with them in the spas.
The wifi is terrible.

I recently spent a week at WorldMark St. George, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and communicated with us clearly throughout our stay. The service was top-notch, and we felt well taken care of the entire time.
This resort is a perfect place for families visiting St. George—there’s something for everyone! The amenities were a huge hit with our crew: pools and hot tubs to relax in, workout facilities to stay active, and fun options like mini putt-putt, a golf course, basketball and pickleball courts, a pool table, shuffleboard, and even a splash pad for the kids.
It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and activity-filled family getaway

Wifi for $10/day, kept cutting out. Made it very difficult to watch shows on Amazon box. Water pressure was low. $250 security deposit for room is high in my opinion. High pressure for us to sit down to the sales pitch, they called me twice after I said no. I will consider a hotel before coming back here.
