They should probably close this branch. I was working on a Home Equity LOC. 6 months and 2 people…the most unprofessional bank I have ever experienced.

I've come here multiple times to get cash out from my card. Costa Vida gave me this card because when i get paid, the money goes on the card and i always cash out my cash he. This lady named Cassidy accused me saying that my card wasn't mine, i was explaining and she wouldn't listen or let me talk and tell her that yes its my card. she then said i could come through after i signed the card and came back and they didn't attend me for a couple minutes until I had to ask for help, they saw me but didn't care. Then I call the bank and ask to speak to the manager and he tells me that we can go through and cash out but they didn't let me the second time? Worst service ever :(

By mistake my girlfriend used the wrong card out of my wallet and resulted in a insufficient funds charge (which was not described to me when setting up the account, I was under the impression I would be declined before being able to use it seeing as its only a debit card) I called in and spoke to a manager claudia who helped me and gave me a refund due to the accident, I was very pleased. She told me to wait a few hours for the funds to be transferred and then to put money into it so this did not happen again. I asked if there were any charges that were going to go through and result in more insufficient fund charges and she said no. Within the two hours I got another 75$ charge and was negative even more after transferring my money into the account (when she told me to)... When I called again she got very rude, raised her voice on the phone, kept interrupting me/not allowing me to speak, told me she "already helped enough" and it was my fault a pending charge went through again even though I asked her to make sure I did not need to transfer more money to fix this mistake. I would NOT suggest using this branch or even trying to resolve something here, this is the 2nd incident I have had here (first one being for another reason). This is truly poor customer service to a customer who uses their banks and trust's using them to hold their money. I am shocked at how badly I was treated on the phone and again would suggest going to a different location. As a college student every dollar counts and this set me back quite a bit, throwing money at something I thought was already avoided after being lied to and yelled at on the phone...

$5 fee to cash a check from someone that gives me a Zions Bank check. First time I've seen that. Terrible.

I read these reviews and I can't believe we're thinking about the same bank. I've been using this bank for 14 years and have been treated with nothing but kindness and respect. Maybe I just happen to go on the good days. :)

Zions Bank is an Absolute Joke! I have never dealt with such a difficult, demeaning banking institution in all of my life! They have absolutely Zero Regards for Customer Service! In completely baffles me how businesses think they can treat their customers so poorly when customers use online ratings for big and little decisions every day. They have little fees for everything, they seem to be so put out when you have to do a simple transaction, they look down on you if you aren't a made of money, if you are trying to borrow $50,000 for a small business loan (for examples sake) they require you to already have $75,000 in the bank (yeah....bank logic there) and they are slow at what they do! As soon as I one of my loans paid off with them, I am out of there! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BANK ELSEWHERE....ANYWHERE ELSE!

I have banked with Zions Bank for over 10 years, my parents have been with Zions Bank for 20+ years, my siblings used to bank with them etc. When I first started banking with Zions Bank, they were very personable and helpful. Sadly, I have seen a huge decrease in their customer service. My wife and I have 2 checking accounts, a savings account, a business checking account and have done a few auto loans through them. We tried several times to get a business loan when we first tried to open our business a few years ago and they wouldn't give us the time of day. Now, fast forward a few years later and our business is bringing in over $400,000 in revenue each year. When we went to go speak to them again to try and secure another loan to expand to a second location they told us that we could borrow 5th of what we were seeking....again, no help at all. And, just today I went in to get some paperwork notarized (please note that I have had 3 documents notarized with Zions Bank in the last year, free of charge), the lady I have worked with in the past told me that there is now a $5 charge to get anything notarized now. I asked her when they started charging their customers $5 for this service, she answered, "It has always been our policy, however, we just started really enforcing it this year". She did say that if their customers have a Gold Account then that fee is waived. I have several accounts, including my business account, but apparently none of them are the "Gold" status. I told her I would just go to another bank to get it notarized....even though I have been a loyal customer for years. I called up one of their competitors, Rock Canyon Bank and asked the lady that answered if they charge to get something notarized, she said "Absolutely not, come on over!". Even though I don't bank with Rock Canyon they still offered that service free of charge, and they sat and chatted with me for a few minutes. Big plus in my book! Some people may see my actions as a bit extreme, but it is the "cherry on top" of the whole lack of customer care/satisfaction. I am seriously considering moving my accounts to another bank that cares about each customer. A few of my siblings have already moved their accounts to other banks and my parents are considering it as well. You lost your touch Zions Bank!
