I have never had an experience like this one. From the moment you walk in, they’re playing such epic music. I could feel the bass vibrate my body. Whoever was on aux has great music taste, I think it was the guy with glasses. I was quickly greeted by a worker, a girl with half blonde hair, and I felt welcome. I was searching for some shoes and was very delighted to see that they have a large selection. After having a hard time of deciding what I wanted, a short boy worker with red hair came over to ask what I was thinking. They helped me decide on some shoes and I ended up getting Nike Janoski‘s. They are so awesome. As I walked to the checkout table, an emo looking boy worker with offered me a Hi-Chew. I felt like I had a friend. The checkout process was fast and easy and I had a great conversation with the cashier, a tall girl with short green hair. As I left the store, a tall man with long locks of hair wished me a good day. My experience was 10 out of 10 and I can’t wait to go back to get some clothes.

Dear Zumiez Store Management,I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent shopping experience at your Zumiez store in Saint George, Utah. On October 18th, 2023, I visited your store with high expectations, as I had heard positive reviews about Zumiez's products and customer service. However, my experience left much to be desired.Firstly, the store's cleanliness and organization were subpar. The aisles were cluttered, making it difficult to browse through the merchandise, and the displays appeared haphazardly arranged. Additionally, the staff's lack of attentiveness was evident, as I had to wait an extended period before receiving any assistance. When I finally did, I found the employee to be disinterested and unhelpful.Secondly, the customer service I received was far from satisfactory. The salesperson I interacted with lacked product knowledge, unable to answer my questions adequately, which left me feeling uninformed and frustrated. Furthermore, the checkout process was sluggish, as there was only one open register, resulting in a long wait to complete my purchase.Finally, I had concerns about the inventory. Several items I was interested in were out of stock, and there were no clear indications of when they might be available. This left me with a sense of uncertainty about Zumiez's commitment to maintaining a well-stocked store.Overall, my experience at your Saint George, Utah store fell far short of my expectations. Most of the employees there, don't know about skating so asking for skater tips is bad and they wouldn't know much also everything is so expensive and they put down your local skate shops and those normal skate shops actually care for skaters, if you're looking for a skateboard or skating tips, don't go there

I've enjoyed this store for many years but I've never found the items on the shelves to be for anyone older than pre teens but maybe that's just me. We have bought a lot of hats here and lastly some items are here for months and months like the shoes, maybe they should mix it up a bit but that's just my opinion
