“Went in Sunday, January 20, 24. Had my oil and filter, fuel filters and air filter done on my truck. Today Friday the 26. I noticed my fuel filters priming and it didn't sound right. I called jiffy lube and spoke with Javier and told him my issue. He then assisted me to stay home and he and another employee I can't remember his name. I believe it was Caleb. Came down looked at my truck and realized the filter cartridge was damaged. Change it with a new one and fixed my issue. Great guys going above and beyond there duty. Thanks again.”
