Love the layout. Amazing views of the turf, mountains and lake/ponds. Cool to see all the fowl flying by and sitting on the water as well.

Good course with friendly staff! I saw some reviews stating that the pins were placed at the end of the fairway, but not no more! The staff said the greens have mostly all been redone and they were not wrong, greens were super nice. Carts were all electric and maintained well. I look forward to playing here more often!!

Ill admit, im an average/subpar golfer. However this course is not too challenging from red/white tees, and occasionally I will step back to the blues if I'm feeling confident on shorter par 3/4s. There are a good handful of greens that are being re-sodded on the front 9 and look 10000% better. I have yet to play them as they are not open yet. I dont mind the fairway greens for now. They have signs all over saying "stay off the freshly sodded greens". If you complain about the greens, you obviously didn't read any of the signs or ask them about it. Very nice people in the clubhouse. If you are looking for the nicest course around, this isn't it. However, this is a fun course with low pressure play which allows a mediocre golfer like me to feel comfortable and improve my game without being rushed. I live close by and this is one of the few I regularly go to.Shot +4 on the back 9, I was happy. My first birdie last week as well. Fairways are pretty easy, but you can get aggressive and clear water features/trees on certain holes if you want to try some more risky shots. Rough is deeper than others off the fairways, but catches strays easily without them going too far. Some like it, some don't. My 5 wood works great out of the rough here. The greens that are not being redone are in good shape, Especially on some of the par 3s over water features. I have noticed improved efforts lately in groundskeeping.Overall great course. Nice little chipping/putting green, and short driving range. I give this 5 stars for me, based on the things above.

The course isn't in the best shape - as other reviewers have noted. The drought hasn't helped the past couple of summers. The course - once a host to the Utah Open - is on the way back. Stansbury Park hired a new superintendent in February, and he and his crew are working extremely hard. Full discloser, he is a friend of mine. He has served as the super at courses in New Mexico, Arizona and Washington. He attended the prestigious Rutgers Turf Management Program. Four of the greens were so bad when he took over, they needed to be 100 percent resodded. Those greens are looking great and should open soon. The course has irrigation issues. He is also working to sort those out. I played the course on June 28. The rough was very thick and long, which made it challenging. Honestly, some of the thickest and longest rough I've seen in the 40 courses I've played in Utah. Played in under three hours. Enjoyed the course and the round. The conditions will continue to improve. Don't give up on it. Give it a little time. I look forward to another round in few weeks to see the progression.

Priced the way it is for a reason. There’s no notice or communication but ~5 holes had the pin at the end of the fairway as greens are unplayable. A lot of fairways and greens have a significant amount that have no grass, many bunkers are more mud than sand.Fine for golf on a budget , but would be nice if expectations were set before you start playing. Clubhouse didn’t mention any of the above.

I wish i could give it zero stars, such a horrible experience here. was pushed by the marshall the whole front 9 with nobody behind us. every single hole telling us we were playing to slow (we finshed the front 9 with 6 of us playing in a 1 hour and 40 minutes). what a old jagoff. COURSE IS IN HORRIBLE CONDITION 4-5 of the greens were shut down with greens in the fairway. BLACKLISTED

Quite possibly the worst golf course in the SLC area. Uneven tee boxes, greens have been lost and they’re using pins in the fairways for greens. Slow play. Terrible condition. Save yourself the money (which should be much much cheaper than $32) and play somewhere else. Horrible!

This place was the worst I’ve ever played. They don’t have greens on half of the front 9. They didn’t even tell us either while we scheduled the tee time. You might as well use a sand wedge on the greens because it’ll work out a whole lot better for you. Not sure what the deal was, hopefully they are in the process of fixing the issue but it was so bad.

Save yourself a drive and money. I’ve played 100+ golf courses in my life and this course has the worst conditions I’ve ever seen. I think the pictures in this review should say enough…
