This store is never open on Sundays. It’s the only day we have available, and it says online and on their shop window that they’re open until 6 on Sundays

They were able to help me when I had an issue at the Tooele store they explained to me what I should expect in my next bill they were willing to process a refund on a phone case I purchased at the Tooele store but the employee of the Tooele store refused to print out another receipt for me. Tooele store should model their approach to customer service from this location. Thank you again.

My husband and son came here to get my son a new phone. It was a more affordable phone, and the sales person told them it was "not worth it" for him to just sell the phone, and that he would not sell it to them unless they also purchased an accessory! The phone came with a charger, and my husband didn't want to purchase an unnecessary accessory. The sales person said it was the last phone they had in stock, and in their computer it said they couldn't sell the last phone unless they also purchased something else. I have never heard of anything like this, but we usually purchase more expensive phones and we usually avoid this location due to poor service. I think they lied to meet a quota on selling accessories. We usually go to the store in Tooele, and now I remember why. My son really wanted the phone before he leaves for the military, and my husband felt they had no choice, so they left with an expensive charger we do not need. Apparently they only want your business if you spend a certain amount at this store. If you don't want the pressure to spend more $$$, go to Tooele or SLC.

Horrible experience. Went into the store got everything ready to go, new phone, watch, and service. $1,300 sale lost because of some arrogant kid, Kam, who spent the hour and a half after approval of service phone and watch dancing behind the counter, ignoring another associate who’d been doing his best to help set up my new line. He went outside to get his AirPods and strolled casually around discussing my account with someone and after another ten or fifteen minutes was told I would have to wait another fifteen minutes so I just left and won’t ever return to that store and probably not T-mobile. I personally would not recommend this store with some rude kid treating staff and customers horribly.

Went in today to buy a new phone and add a line, the person that was there was so rude. He had a horrible attitude and was the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a T-Mobile. I had to just walk out and go to the tooele T-Mobile. I’ve been a customer for over 8 years and never come back to this one! 8/22/23

Worst customer service!!!!They don’t even deserve 1 star!The worst that I have ever seen. I have been a customer of T-Mobile for about 10 years and this is my first bad experience with them. Me and another family member were told if we decided to jump and get the iPhone 14s we would get $800 for our iPhone 13s and that it was a great deal. So we went to the stansbury location instead of Tooele (what a big mistake) and upgraded but what this store and its employees failed to mention is that we are part of a deal where we can only upgrade every 2 years and we are a year in, so long story short we gave our really nice iPhone 13s to them for $350 to pay off the remaining balance of them and now owe $1,000 on the iphone 14s. I have called and talked to the manager Lexi multiple times and she says she will get back with me and never does. I call and they say she isn’t there. I call 611 and there is nothing they can do. So I try to go to corporate and find out this store is a franchise and I would have to get ahold of the district manager how can I do that when the manager is lazy and doesn’t want to admit they messed up and has horrible customer service and avoids their mistake?? If I would of known we had 1 more year I would have never upgraded. So whatever you do avoid this franchise store at all costs.

Super helpful staff and much more friendly than the downtown Tooele store. I fully plan to drive 10 mins out of my way just to get this level of service from these rockstars.
