I recently adopted a toy Aussie from Melinda and her team and our dog, Zesta, is truly the most amazing dog we've ever had. I'm so grateful for Zesta and she brings so much love and joy to every single person, and animal, she meets. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Puppy profile:Name: KuroColor: Black TriMom: LyricDad: GizmoBorn: February 18th, 2023After researching three of what I considered “high quality” breeders across the US, I was able to talk to Melinda first. Our phone call was informative and reassuring, as she answered every question I had professionally and promptly. I filled out the app and kept my eyes on the website for a pup that peaked my interest. Within two weeks I was driving down to Stockton, Utah to pick up my baby.Arriving onto the ranch was like a dream come true, as the herd of dogs swarmed around her as she came out to greet me. “They’re perfect!”, I exclaimed as I was unsure of what size Melinda’s Toy Aussies would truly look like up until then (they were TINY compared to those I have met out and about since meeting Melinda.)Melinda and I had coffee as she packed up my pup with a bag of necessities (starter food with all of the details, Toy Aussie safe toys, etc.) along with a homemade blanket with his Mom’s smell on it, then we left for the eight hour drive home.Once home he was noticeably comfortable in a place he had never been before, which reassured me that Melinda had never made him feel uncomfortable within a space.. she certainly socialized him within her home as she had claimed. Our first night together quickly turned into our first morning.. my sleep wasn’t disturbed. He didn’t cry all night! I don’t recall that he ever has… from that day on he has ate well, drank well, socialized well, and he picked up potty training instantaneously (Melinda got a head start on that, too - truly priceless in my opinion.) And not to mention: he didn’t have Giardia or any of the typical puppy sicknesses!Kuro is now seven months old. He is 7.4 pounds. His genetic test is 100% clear. He is in great health, handsome as can be, and steals the hearts of those around him. I consistently get complements from strangers on how “chill” he is. He has always been very trainable, but with the assistance of a personal trainer (I am a first time dog owner) he is now more than competent on and off leash and knows basic commands (sit, lie down, heel, remote sit, place.) He has never shown aggression and has a generally soft temperament. He is bonded yet independent, boundlessly curious, and will even play by himself throwing toys into the air.. but he is by my side just about every chance he gets. Call me lucky for having the perfect dog, but I believe his genetics and initial introduction to life play the biggest role (thank you Melinda!) He is my best friend and fishing buddy and I really look forward to having these dogs for life. He truly is a big dog persona in small body!I can’t boast enough about this woman and the way she treats people and dogs. From her communication abilities to the structure of her ranch, you can tell how much she truly cares. The process was entirely seamless and I’m so overjoyed by the fate that brought me to her.I truly believe that my lifestyle (busy busy) has enhanced this dog’s life, and his enhances mine. He is with me 23 hours per day and doesn’t miss a beat.Full disclosure: I am writing this as a preemptive step to asking her for another pup!Thank you to Melinda and her team for producing healthy, happy dogs. Melinda was wonderful throughout the whole process, talking to us and helping us find the right puppy to bring home. Between picking him out and bringing him home, she kept us updated with photos, videos, and general updates. When we adopted him, the process was smooth and he clearly came from a loving environment. He's as well behaved as a puppy can be and is an absolute sweetheart.

I would definitely recommend LuLu’s Lil Aussies. There is no doubt in my mind how much Melinda loves her puppies. She was patient and answered all of my questions both before AND after purchasing our pup. Our little girl came to us happy, healthy, and well adjusted. She is beautiful, smart and so sweet. Picking up our puppy was very smooth. She was able to meet at the airport so I did not have to arrange for a car or hotel. Definitely will be using again for our next puppy.

Melinda was great to deal with! The process was so easy and she worked with us to find the perfect male for our little girl. I can tell she really cares about her babies and makes sure they go to great homes. Arrangements were made to pick him up at the airport so we didn’t have to rent a car and that made everything go so smooth. Little Rayon (now named Loki) was such a champ on the flight from Salt Lake to Florida. He was already crate and potty trained at 4 months! Such a great experience. 10/10

Lulu’s Lil Aussies is the BEST! We were looking to add a new little Aussie to our family for years but were concerned about finding a responsible breeder that has genuine love for their dog and puppies. Lulu’s Lil Aussies is responsible, loving, responsive, accommodating and talked though all of my questions and concerns! 5 stars all around! And a huge thank you to their puppy nanny service!! Will be reconnecting when it’s time for our next puppy!

Update: We got our second dog from Lulu's Lil Aussies a few months ago and he is such an amazing dog! We decided to get a blue merle boy to compliment our black-tri girl, and they are so much fun together. We thought we might have just gotten lucky the first time around, but it is now clear that Melinda breeds extraordinary, well-adjusted puppies! They are both so smart and well-behaved and go everywhere with us. Lulu's Lil Aussies are worth every penny and will change your life for the better!

My boyfriend and I had the best experience with Melinda at Lulu's Lil Aussies! She helped us pick out the puppy that had the right temperament for our lifestyle! We picked up our puppy at Melinda's ranch and the facility and ranch were so beautiful. We get compliments about our toy aussie everywhere we go and they always want to know where we got her! I would recommend Lulu's Lil Aussies to anyone looking to add a well adjusted, smart, and beautiful mini or toy aussie to their family! Melinda is the best breeder I’ve ever worked with. Both of her puppies have been adorable, intelligent, energetic, and cuddly. I don’t think I’ll ever use a different breeder if possible. Lulu's Lil Aussies is the place to go!! After months of searching for a good, reputable, quality breeder, we finally found one! We just picked up our perfect little mini aussie from Melinda. The whole process was SO easy-from initial contact to picking up our new little boy-it was seamless!! She even supplied a goody bag for the pup and gave every bit of information we needed to be successful parents! Couldn't be happier with the dogs and service we received. She knows her dogs and loves them as if they are going to stay with her. You not only get a stellar breed you also get amazing disposition. They are held, fed well, acclimated to vehicle rides, etc. We have gotten two "bulletproof" dogs from her over the last 4 months and will continue to recommend her to all who ask about them. Only heads up I will give is that she is always busy. Always responds but sometimes take a bit. But when you look into the pride, time and effort she takes in her product it makes sense.

I am truly at a loss for words to describe how incredible Melinda and everyone at Lulu's Lil Aussies are. I picked up my new teacup australian shepherd from Melinda's husband today at the airport in Salt Lake City to bring my puppy back to my home in Manhattan. I had been searching for mini aussie breeders for five months, and when I found Lulu's Lil Aussies, I was convinced they were probably one of the best purely because of the information on their website and the photos of their beautiful dogs. I reached out to Melinda because I wanted to put a deposit down for a spot on her waitlist, but had tons of questions first, as this is my first dog. Even before we were her customers, Melinda was so thorough when answering our questions and gave us so much of her time. We put a deposit down shortly after talking to her, and about a month later Melinda contacted me to offer me the exact puppy I told her I preferred - a tiny teacup blue merle female puppy with brown eyes. The dog was really expensive, so I was hesitant at first, but I have wanted a puppy my whole life so I decided to go for it. She was only about three weeks old at that time, so throughout the next five weeks before I could take her home, Melinda updated me every couple of days with photos and videos, and we talked on the phone multiple times because I had so many questions about getting her home, what to do once I got home, and the process of getting payment to her. Melinda always mentioned how incredibly friendly and snuggly my puppy was, and I squealed every time I would receive a photo or video from her. My puppy's eyes even turned blue, and she now has the most stunning blueish grey eyes. I swear I could not have imagined a more beautiful puppy if I tried. Melinda produces the most jaw-droppingly gorgeous dogs. However, none of this excitement could have compared to how I felt when I first held her and realized just how right Melinda was. I live with two other people who have both had dogs their whole lives. I am sitting with them now, on my first night home with my puppy, writing this testimonial, and they are absolutely in awe of this puppy. They have never seen a dog who was so loving and playful and happy and content so quickly. Melinda and her staff have some magic going on at their aussie ranch in Utah. Within the first hour of being home, my puppy went pee and poo both on her pee pad. She has eaten and already seems so comfortable with us. I have now realized that having a puppy this well socialized (and mostly potty trained at just 8 weeks!!) is more than worth the price you will pay for one of Lulu's Lil Aussies. When Melinda's husband placed my puppy in my arms at the airport, my puppy took to me immediately, slept in my lap for the entire flight home, and is already such an immense source of joy for me. If you are looking for a mini or toy australian shepherd, you absolutely should not go anywhere except to Lulu's Lil Aussies. I cannot stop gushing over this dog, her perfect dam and sire, the life she had on the ranch in Utah before I picked her up, and just how pleasant and easy the whole process was. Melinda has my loyalty forever, and both of my roommates are now, after 2 hours with this puppy, considering getting one. I already want another one. Thank you so much, Melinda and everyone at Lulu's Lil Aussies!!
