I went in to repair/replace my skid plate and front right fender liner and they took care of that as well as fixed a dent I had in my front right fender and removed some corrosion build up I had on my battery without me even having to ask or pay. They also kept me updated throughout the whole process and were able to procure the parts and complete the repair within only a couple days. “I recently had ny headlights restored, first off let me say the customer services is top notch. I was given a ride home so I didn’t have to wait at the shop. The headlights look like they were brand new once they were finished, they did a fantastic job and once completed I was picked up and brought back to the shop. They also quickly washed my vehicle . Don’t hesitate to have work done at this shop, they were awesome.”
“Dan was responsive and thorough. He pointed out damage that a previous body shop missed injust the walk around. In a few minutes I had an estimate in hand, a rental car set up, and a return appointment.
I did not get the promised follow-up call about additional damage that was found or updates, but did get a prompt reply to my inquiry. However, this may have been due to the other parties insurance having taken full responsibility and covering things so there wasn't a concern for problems.
The work is guaranteed so if questions or concerns arise I was invited to return or call promptly to get it resolved.
When I picked up the car, not only was the expected repairs completed and the electronics recalibrated, but the whole car inside and out was clean and detailed. I was not expecting this and was pleasantly surprised.”
