“Merry Christmas! I purchased a 6lb boneless prime rib roast tied. It was beautiful and delicious. All I did was dry brine it with salt and pepper for 24hrs and cooked it up. It was perfect medium-rare. Such a nice cut of meat! Wish I could include a picture.”

“Took my cow elk here in January 2019. Was told the place was under new management, very impressed with how everything came out. I got a mixture of steaks, jerky and ground. I will say the jerky was really good but the slices were a little too thick. Just shot my deer yesterday and will be taking it there. Highly recommend!”
“Love this place! It has become our go to spot for chicken and beef. The chicken breasts are huge and delicious. They trim most the fat off which is nice to know I am actually paying for chicken and not a bunch of trimmings. Always friendly and helpful customer service!
