I love this Smiths, everyone is so nice and friendly, they go out there way to take care of you and make you feel comfortable and safe. I have been in here several times and everyone have always been friendly and nice to me. I like to order online and pick up, it's faster and safer. So that experience is always fast, and always amazing. I really appreciate it. Brian is normally the one who brings my food to my car and he is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. He explains everything to me and if something is wrong is anything he always fixies it right away with no issues. Great young man and i will definitely keep coming here because of him and the amazing staff they have. Thank you guys.

Went in 6am last Wednesday morning. The checker and one producer worker were wearing masks but none of the other shelf stockers were. Why have rules if you aren't going to follow them?

Smiths is supporting a CASHLESS SOCIETY. They will not give people their change back or any cash back. If you over paid by .96, they keep it! They have no money in their tills to give out. They tell you to pay with exact change OR they will add the difference to your fuel rewards. WRONG!! Do not shop here or at any smiths if you do not support a cashless society.

I purchased a waffle maker on May 1, 2020. After ten minutes cooking through two cycles, the batter only came out steamed. It was a floppy waffle and I was so disappointed that Saturday morning breakfast was a fail. I attempted to return and the store stated that they had stopped accepting returns at that time due to COVID. I understood and took it back home. I just called the store again regarding the product and was told I was outside of the return window and they could not accept it any products purchased around COVID. Though I understand the circumstances, I am now stuck with a $30 waffle maker that never worked and no store credit. What's worse - I have made tons of returns to target and amazon and other local providers. I don't like that Smiths won't back a worthless waffle maker, a defective product that they should back and should get thrown away anyways. I shop here weekly always spending over $100 and will now take all of my business to Kent's and Harmons instead.

Majority of the cashiers do NOT like those of us who coupon. They treat us like we are stealing from the company. I was recently yelled at, and told to get out of the store and never come back. Because I wanted to know why I couldn't use a coupon. I had followed everyone of the policies, there was no reason at all, I should not have been able to use it. So, the employee began screaming at me.

I have been shopping at Smith's my whole life. Before it was in Sunset even. I have gone in every Friday for a month now. I have noticed and had my eye on one item in particular as I thought I might try to branch out in the fruit area. The first time the orange looking and sized things I thought I would try were placed where they were called tangerines (right next to miniature ones that were supposedly also tangerines, too). The second week they were tagged as Tangelos. The t
