Terrible service at the Sunset location! I call to check on a prescription and they tell me it will be ready in 2 hours, stop by almost 4 hours later and it's still not ready! If this was an occasional thing it wouldn't be an issue, but it happens almost anytime I stop in to pickup my wife's medication.

Got there before closing hours after spending spending all day in the hospital and they did not wanted to help. Actually listened to this guy talked behind our back to the other pharmacist telling them to make ups come the next day.
My baby was next to me crying with a fever and a infection.

Friendly staff, great new area. The staff are phenomenal and recognize repeat customers by name and are always ready to help. The only reason I'm rating this as high as I am is because of them.
There are a lot of issues that they also have to deal with. These staff need a raise. The app is terrible and needs an overhaul. I still use them as my primary pharmacy but sometimes I'm told by them to go elsewhere because they have no idea when they will next have a medication.

James has been my pharmacist for over 9 years and was so happy when I found out he was working now for Smith's market , if you're already a fan of Smith's market then you'll be an even bigger fan Knowing your health concerns are in good hands.

Never have my meds ready and make stuff up as they go. In the past they were great but all it takes is one to make it a pain to deal with.
