They've had my car almost 2 years over a bad "new" transmission that they installed and was bad from the start. Millions of excuses while my car rots in their parking lot waiting for their warranty fairy to come by.
Update: got my car back with a broken dash board, broken radio and dash kit, and my glove box contents emptied on the seat.
Still not driveable either.

They are very slow to communicate. Took in a car to get the transmission looked at and they never called with updates or pricing information. They switched to a new system in which corporate has to approve everything. Just looking at the car and getting pricing estimates took a week. Go somewhere else.

This is an amazing place to get your car checked/fixed. They take their time to really find the problem and they fix it. The service is friendly, efficient, and professional. The only place I'll take my car.

These guys were fast, efficient, and honest.I took in my 2001 Rodeo thinking it had transmission issues, come to find out it was just low on transmission fluid.They Topped it off free of charge when I was expecting at least a traditional flush or a power flush.They could've taken me for a ride and charged me for unnecessary stuff, but they were honest and awesome with everything.I'll definitely be going back to them for any future transmission needs.Service: Transmission

The quality of service from this place was terrible! The problems on my vehicle were not fixed and the employee Matt had terrible customer service. 10/10 do not recommend.

This by far is single handedly the best mechanic shop I've ever been too the customer service is above par the pricing is so beyond great they really care about your needs and do there best to get you running as fast as possible they really did me a solid by even taking my truck with all the work they got going on just hands down the greatest people Don and Blake are amazing people and deserve nothing under 5 stars thank you so very much I wish you both well and my business will always be yours

Ashamed to say I did not look at the BBB before taking my car here. Now after being told it was only the torqe converter and if anyone tells me the transmission is bad they are crazy. Well The transmission may not have been bad until they JB wielded my transfer case which in turn ruined the transmission. This is a very dishonest company. They know they did this and will not cover their mistakes. I immediately had issues with the vehicle as soon as a picked up and was told story after story and lied to numerous times. I took it to the dealer after the service manager told me he would be leaving the keys in the car and come get it. He was not going to work on it for free. Mind you my car does not lock with the keys inside. It was left right next to the road with the key on the seat and everyone had left. The dealer informed of the transfer case as soon as the had it tore down. Horrible company!!! Read the BBB before you go here!!!Service: Transmission

My father in laws car has been there over a month. It has been taken apart and left. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone EVER. Voicemail is full. Too bad I have to rate any stars at all to post this. This business deserves 0 stars.Service: Transmission

Thanks God almost came to change my transmission fluid at Tanner and after reading the reviews (real ones not the 5 stars friends) change my mind because happened so many times to me b.s. owners' comments of fake apologies and how nice they are but reviews tell the real story. Sad that some business owners do not see unhappy word of mouth power.
