“After rebuilding the transmission in my 03 Dodge, at times it had trouble shifting from 2nd to 1st. The truck would almost push me through a light or stop sign before I could flip it into neutral. I took it back multiple times and Scott worked on trying to figure out what the problem was. He spent a lot of extra time on it and tried really hard. I felt bad having to take it back so many times thinking they should have been able to figure out what they screwed up on by now. I was beginning to think I messed up taking it to Scott. He figured it out, it wasn't the transmission. My transmission control module was bad and wasn't allowing the transmission to down shift. When you have a worn out transmission you don't really need a transmission control module. That was 2 yrs ago and the transmission and truck tow well. Highly recommended”

“I love Lynn Wood. When I moved into the city in 2016 I didn't know anybody, but I visited Lynn Wood for some tires and I was so impressed with the way they handled themselves and took care of my car that I've never stopped going back. Went there today for a battery test (battery drained overnight) and they were upfront with me, got the work taken care of quickly, and came out to the waiting area a couple of times throughout to keep me updated and to let me know when they were done. I think I spent about an hour there overall.”

“I have been remiss in not leaving a review for an emergency service that was given me last July 2022. I made an stupid mistake in filling my DEF in my Sprinter Van and had to be towed to Olaya's and of course it was a Friday evening and they were close to closing. The tow driver knew of them and I would have been waiting weeks if towed to a Mercedes dealership. The owner was there waiting and gave me piece of mind when he explained what he could do and that he had extensive history of working with Mercedes Benz. I did have to spend the night in his lot for which I was grateful he allowed, since I had my two labs with me as I had just got back to Utah after an extended out of state stay, almost made it home! He arrived early Saturday AM and got on the repair that took all day. I have not had any problems since so that is a time proven repair. As a side note it was miserably hot all night, and the next day, quite an experience. All day in hot humid outside work but done with a great attitude and expertise and I was so grateful to him for taking me in at the last minute and getting me on my way. I will be making an appointment soon for an oil change and I know he will take good care of my "mobile home".”

“As far as the recent bad review from a customer against DeVante the manager of Ogden Aamco as a mechanic myself I can guarantee that there was absolutely no way to predict or prevent what happened to the woman's transmission. And knowing DeVante personally and his ethics and integrity if there was any way to prevent what happened, he absolutely would have, but it's not possible to for see anything like that. And he absolutely would not allow anything intentional like that. What happened is not possibly an over sight. Just simply a matter of bad timing and luck. That can't possibly be intentional! I've been a mechanic for over 40 years and I've never seen anything like this happen before! She is simply trying to make a horribly improbable situation look worse than it is. Best of everything to you DeVante, I'll always stand by you!”
