“I had been searching for a local mechanic for a bit when I came across Marc's Master Mechanics. After reading all the wonderful reviews, I felt this was a good choice. What they do up front is amazing! ✞ I had a 150K mile scheduled service on my 2020 Explorer Platinum and some extra work as well. Brakes, transmission flush, 4 O2 sensors, spark plugs and drive belt. They were fantastic! The only wait I had was because of the O2 sensors(4). They kept in contact with me and were always clear on what they were waiting on. I got my truck back and wanted to drive it for a bit before leaving this review. It runs smoother, better mileage, smoother shifts and I can't say enough about Marc, Mai and Shaggy. Great quality shop and I will be coming back for all my service work. Bravo!✞”
“I called this location because my car had broke down near the Ogden shop and Triple A was going to tow me to there shop. The lady at the front desk was polite and sympathetic with my position. I was at the shop within the hour and the technician did the initial inspection and she was able to explain what needed to be done and what they recommend be done. She sent me pictures quickly and I approved the service. Within a couple hours they had my car done and I was back on the road. My experience was excellent and pricing was fair. This location isn't close to me but if I ever need service in Ogden again I will be back. Thank you for the excellent customer service and professional service.”

“DeVante and Frank were exceptional in helping diagnose my issue. When I spoke with Toyota they just jumped to the conclusion of new transmission. Frank spent the time to diagnose the problem. Instead of guessing the issue or suggesting more than I may need. He suggested to wait for the issue to become more apparent so we can isolate the problem that way we aren’t putting in parts that may not fix it or over addressing the issue. I appreciate the expertise and honesty.”
