I ordered something online in stock and it wasn’t there the day I came In to pick it up. It made our move delayed by two hours and they don’t even deliver and didn’t seem to care. Beware ordering and reserving online if it’s other than a U-Haul. It probably won’t be in stock for you the day you come in
